   Right near the A1 but didn't affect my night's sleep as they have double glazing. Cheap cab into town then off to the races 9th August. Philip and Christine are great hosts and make you feel very welcome, would highly recommend.

   First time here for a business trip. Comfortable rooms. Great choice for breakfast and superb hospitality. Christine and her husband were very helpful and gave us directions towards a local pub for dinner. Will definitely use them again. Thank you both for a pleasant few days.

   Just got back from our overnight stay and I can highly recommend this lovely guest house it's top class , clean throughout, beautiful gardens, superb breakfast and the friendliest couple you can meet who go out of their way for your every need x If we are that way again this is the place for us !    Very welcoming hosts. Clean rooms and a nice bed. Bath and shower facilities good. Amazing breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners of this place. Even gave a lift to collect our vehicle up which was a mile away. A good all round experience. Would definitely recommend.

   Would highly recommend this B&B for the very friendly welcome, beautiful garden, spotless single room and superb breakfast. I was touring the area with a cousin, doing family research, and the owner went above and beyond when she presented us with a planned route to take us to our next port of call at breakfast - thank you so much.
