We stayed here last summer and had a great time. The kids loved looking out the window each morning to see the animals. Plenty of walks nearby with all the essentials back at the house. We will certainly return here when doing ‘the rounds’ visiting family in another year or two. Thank you!
If you're looking for the true English countryside experience...this is the place! So serene, peaceful & beautiful! Beds were comfy, entire place was spic & span, basic necessities, lovely bathrooms with freshly towels & ample dresser space. Loved all of the natural light coming in through the skylights.
Lovely cottage with lots of space and very clean. Our only complaints are the poor flow of water and there was no hot water on day 2. It didn't spoil our time there. Very welcoming owners.
Booked an Autumn holiday & this cottage was excellent for what we needed. It was quiet but within driving distances of most of Yorkshire. There is a PH & train station in the village if needed.

Very cozy place with wonderful views. Don't be worried by the airport being close, it's not a commercial airport. It's on a farm so expect a bit of a fresh stink. Overall a wonderful stay in Yorkshire.
