   Very disappointing experience. We were quoted £30 for a cut and blow dry, however the service provided lasted no more than five minutes in total. The hairdresser arrived late, another staff member shampooed the hair for barely a minute, and the actual cut took around 30 seconds. We were then told the blow dry would almost double the price, which was never made clear at the time of booking. Also roughly combed my wife’s hair so much that her hair was falling and she blamed my wife for poor upkeep. The pricing was inconsistent and the service felt rushed and poor value for money. Unfortunately, this does not reflect an acceptable standard of service. It was my wife’s birthday and completely unacceptable

   I previously visited the salon for my brows they did great with it. Loved it But today I got booked in for the Hollywood wax strip instead they did hot wax. I didn't ask for the hot wax. The service was great with professional experience. The only thing which bothered me was that I got to know that it was Hollywood hot wax at the time of the payment. Obviously, that changes the price too. Just for future reference please cross-check the booking details and the kind of wax clients want before proceeding.

   Had such a lovely first experience with this salon today. So clean looks lovely and the people are lovely. Had a fresh cut , wash and blow dry including treatment for my dry damaged hair and walked out feeling fresh again! Thank you to the lovely staff ❤️

   It was my first time getting my hair done at Anju’s, they guided me through everything in detail on what hair colour would suit me, they made sure i was comfortable, the customer service was also 10/10, i would recommend this place to others and i will also be coming back again.

   We had a good hair cut, blow dry with wash today for myself and my daughter. I had layer cut at the back with feathers in the front whilst my daughter had layers at the back with curtain bangs in the front. Gen attented us both today and we explained what we wanted and she did the job quickly and just the way we wanted. Cheers Gen keep it up!!

   Third haircut at the salon with three different people, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I cut quite a lot of hair off today and was nervous but love the result. I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who cut my hair, but she had light brown hair, and tattoos- she was so quick and amazing!!
