   I’ve been coming to this Salon for months , I do my fair and nails here every time . I used to do my hair in Mayfair and pay so much money for a haircut and then i decided to give it a try here ,the girl here can do any kind of haircut you want and for a much affordable price and she is very pantient and kind ,even tho I am a hard to please person .I absolutely love her . And the girl that does my nails ,she cute the cuticle to perfection and shaped the nail perfectly.In all honesty she if the best one I’ve seen so far doing Russian manicure and my nails last 4-5 weeks ,just amazing. I strongly recommend to come here for hair and nails❤️

   I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Klaudd Day Spa. As a regular customer, I've always booked my appointments through Treatwell.co.uk, where haircuts and men's hair coloring typically cost around £36. However, my recent experience was a complete letdown. Today, I confirmed my appointment via SMS and went in for the usual haircut and hair coloring service. To my utter shock, after the treatment was complete, I was told the price had inexplicably risen to a whopping £50! This is a significant increase from what was advertised online, and even more concerning, there was no mention of this new service charge beforehand. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserved better treatment. The salon should have informed me about the price hike before I proceeded with the service. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning.

   I highly recommend this salon for both nails and hair, as I've had my nails and hair done here many times. I travel all the way from West London just to get my hair colored, styled, and my nails done. This is the one and only salon I trust because they always listen to exactly what I want, especially with my hair, as I change my colour frequently. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

   Had the salt therapy treatment. The treatment itself involved being in a room with small salt particles being dispersed into the atmosphere. The environment wasn't very mood inducing or relaxing. I was unimpressed by the treatment, though admittedly, I have nothing to compare it to. Areas for improvement are more blankets could have been provided and my outerwear could have been taken prior to entering into the therapy room. Also some flagging at the beginning that my clothes would get visibly dusty with salt particles from sitting on the lounger would have been helpful.

   Worst experience EVER. DO NOT COME HERE! I booked a £90 treatment - Brazilian blow dry. This is a 3hour intensive treatment. I got there, the lady doing my hair didn't bother to introduce herself or run through the steps as this was my first time trying this. At the blow dry stage she kept pulling my hair - it was so painful her colleague had to tell her in Russian (she couldn't speak English) to be careful. The end result was ridiculous - I could have done it at home better! I asked if this was it and she looked confused and directed me to her colleague. I explained I was unhappy and she said 'oh yes sorry she didn't do the treatment you paid for, she did the £60 one' SERIOUSLY? If I hadn't of asked I would've been ripped off. She said it so casually thinking it's perfectly normal to do a treatment that is completely different to what your client has paid for and not even bothering to explain?! Absolutely pathetic. I had to wait and additional 20 mins after they ruined my hair for a refund via Treatwell (which may I add is only a voucher code when I was expecting the refund back to my account). Really I should be getting a full refund as they even made me cry! Worst experience I've ever had and i has Treatwell salons regularly. Please please do not come here!
