I absolutely love this salon! The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and everyone here is so welcoming. They really listen to what you want and make sure you leave happy. Palvi has very friendly nature. The servive from her is really bind blowing. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I went for my body waxing appointment today this morning. I was not satisfied at all. Throughout the session, the lady had made an inappropriate comment about my appearance and talked excessively, which made me very uncomfortable. I value professionalism and respect during services, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.
I had an amazing experience with Amna at Defined Beauty. She gave me an excellent back facial followed by a deeply relaxing 1-hour Swedish massage. Her technique was professional, thorough, and soothing from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She also does an amazing pedicure, highly recommend the paraffin wax treatment. I did my nails here - honestly avoid this place for nails. I should get one color but at the end of the nail get different pink colour.my nails start getting broken after 6 days, I went to central London to fix it, I paid a lot to get them done without any harm. My natural nails are damaged and we couldn’t take off gel - they ask me who did that. I don’t know about massage but but nails are not done by profesionals, I was extremely disappointed.
Sandy gives absolutely the best massages I’ve ever had! I’ve had a few excellent visits to this place and would highly recommend.
I have been to this salon twice now and each time have received a fantastic service. Preety was a wonderful and experienced therapist. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be making defined beauty my go-to salon.

I had the lvl lash lift today I was really disappointed I was given no aftercare advice. Update: I left this review 2 weeks ago. Although I did leave a harsh review I was telephoned by the owner within 2 days apologising and explained the staff were short etc. She was very sincere and I will give her 4 stars based on her customer service.
