   I had a wonderful pamper session with Mital today. She is exceptionally skilled and highly professional. Although I have enjoyed several pamper sessions at this venue before, this was my first experience with Mital — and she truly exceeded my expectations. She was attentive, considerate, and ensured that every detail was perfect. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked two more treatments with her.

   Very bad customer experience. The staffs doesn’t know how to treat the customers. I went for threading and the lady who did my threading was not efficient. It was not a clean threading and there were many remnants left. When I asked her to clean them, she said “there are lots of ingrown hairs”. If she can’t do the threading properly, why should I pay? I used to get my eyebrows done cleanly and efficiently without any remnants from many salons. I had to tell her to redo couple of times and she was annoyed. She even charged extra as the payment was below £10. I was not satisfied with the service and left the salon. When I was in the salon, another customer was already shouting at this lady staff for the improper service. I don’t suggest this salon for good service and customer experience.

   Took my daughter to have her brows and waxing done. Was done by an absolutely rude unprofessional woman. She messed my daughter’s eye brows up and then started to be rude to me and my daughter. I had the same issue last time when I came to have my laser done. I wonder how this woman still has a job in this place. Seeing how she’s very rude to customers. She’s unfriendly

   I just had a facial and a full body massage at the Fami salon and it was amazing. Massage was really good with the right pressure and I felt much better instantly. Facial was also great, my skin looks and feels so much better. Rubina was so caring, didn’t rush anything and I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend!

   Just had a massage and facial. Excellent value for money. All the ladies are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t catch the girls name that did my treatments but she was amazing! Feel super relaxed and my face feels like a baby. I highly recommend and shall be returning next month for sure!

   This is a long overdue review actually. The place is just a bit far from Central London which i didnt know when i book it but the massage is worth the trip. Rubina, my masseuse, was really good and polite. She’s also asking me every now and then if the pressure is okay. The facial was okay, not the best that i had but cant really complain as i got both services for a cheap price.

   Me and my friend had a facial today, deep cleansing and massage. We were very impressed with Kuljit, the girl that took good care of us today. She was very professional and friendly, really tried her best and the facial was very complex with 4 or 5 stages such as scrub, mask, massage, removing blackheads etc. I also got my eyebrows threaded and it was very good, quick and affordable. Totally recommend it and I will try other services as well!
