    I phoned emergency at half 4 this morning because my dog couldn't breath, he had been stressing and panicking all night ect. For them say sorry there's nothing they can do because my post code don't fit in to the area to then put phone down. What happened to the ànimal care comes first. i wouldnt have phoned if it wasnt an emergency.
