Do not recommend Have not been treated well and decided to take my dog to another vet (glad I did). Unprofessional, uncooperative staff and a very bad service. Avoid

Dixon declined too much on this vet's watch. We joined June 24, when he was drinking and peeing loads more than normal, but it wasn't until June 25 that he was finally diagnosed with Cushing's. Severe body decline, mini-stroke... trauma. We didn’t need fancy tests, just the right ones, earlier! I managed to stabilise him while finding a new vet, and today bloods confirmed it. Now we rebuild, but not all of him will recover. Sad.

I can’t recommend Albany Vets highly enough. All of the team - vets, nurses and administrative staff - are absolutely lovely. They treated our beloved Siamese cat, who had two non-curable chronic health conditions, with such genuine care and kindness, and did everything they could to help us keep him going for as long as possible. Sadly, we had to let him go OTRB a few weeks ago, but we will be forever grateful for all the support, compassion and professionalism we received from everyone at Albany along that difficult journey. Thanks to all of you.

We've moved a little bit out of the area (drive past 2 vets to get there now!) but they're so lovely we can't bear to move to another! Always take amazing care of our cat Lenny, and always make sure we're well-informed. Never have to wait long for an appointment either.

Can’t recommend the team here highly enough. They are very comprehensive, allay any concerns, and super friendly. The practice itself is spotless and welcoming. We feel our cat is very well looked after by them.

I highly recommend Albany. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. From the lovely ladies on reception right through to the vets it's obvious that they are very experienced and passionate about animals. My cat has been registered with them for over 15 years and we are about to register a puppy with them too and their advice and help has been extremely helpful during this process.

Recommended to us. This veterinary practice we have used for over 10years. We keep going because the vet Jim is fabulous. Explains everything, is very enthusiastic about his vocation and has a great way with our doggy. Been to some awful vets who obviously have lost their love of the animals but not Jim. Would highly recommend.

Happy with our first visit. Every effort has been made to keep clients and their pets safe. I cannot rate the service highly enough. Very caring and professional. Thank you Albany!
