   My pet was put to sleep here and I don’t believe it was the right course of action. I’m devastated beyond belief and feel their approach was heavy handed. I’ll never get my pet back and feel immense guilt that I left them there alone and afraid. Also tried to upsell different types of Urns so clearly money is the motivator.

   Vets4Pets Stockport have been amazing these last couple of months when my cat Miso fell ill and lost a lot of weight. The receptionist team are always friendly and helpful, but I want to give special thanks to Pauline the vet who has been dedicated to making sure Miso gets better. Pauline has called me to check on Miso personally and has helped us to find suitable antibiotics to help her medium to long term issue. Thanks so much to everyone at Vets4Pets!

   Very happy, they gave me an emergency appointment for my pet mouse, who I thought I would be leaving without. Pauline (I think that's her name) was amazing. She was so gentle with him and gave me the medication he needed. Thankyou for not fobbing me off. Thankyou for seeing he still had life left in him! Fingers crossed he now gets better x

   Ver clean place, I love shopping here especially for fish. Staff are very interested of your set up before buying. This tells you they are very caring for their animals before selling and will give you advice of the animal before selling.

   I found the phone manner of the receptionist to be briiant when I first rang up to sign my pet up and to book an appointment. Then the greeting and help when I arrived was great. The vet I saw Jack was absolutely fantastic I felt like he genuinely cared, he was very good at what he does. His knowledge and explanation of the situation with regards to my cat phoebe and her skin issue was very good. The nurse that joined us to help him handle phoebe was also lovely and she chatted to my 2 year old daughter while she helped to handle phoebe. Over all very impressed!

   I don't even know where to start with this review as we just lost our little angel Matilda. She was a young rescue with many ongoing health issues so she visited the practice regularly. She was always treated like a princess there and was always given a lot of care and attention. She loved her visits there! Always received the best treatment followed by a lot fuss and cuddles from the staff. Unfortunately and unexpectedly she fell very ill this week and we rushed her to the vets. Kobus and the whole team were amazing as always. Even though we didn't get the result we wanted, we know they've done everything for her and for that we will be forever grateful. We want to thank the whole team, everyone at Vets4Pets for their amazing work, kindness, patience and going the extra mile for our girl. Thank you!

   Have to give Vets4Pets 5 stars for the compassion and care they gave when delivering the worst news about our beautiful cat Molly. A special thanks to Sam who was there on the end of the phone with bags full of empathy and understanding and to Jake who gave our furry family a dignified and peaceful death as well as giving us the time and space to grieve. Vets4Pets really do care and are very competitively priced. I highly recommend.

   Lovely and friendly staff. Nice and clean and tidy. Got a bit confused on flea/worm treatment but got to an understanding in the end. Took care to keep a positive association with my dog, despite vaccines, though did forget to mix them so he had to have one more than strictly necessary. He forgave them after a big chuck of wet food though so no hard feelings!

   The most amazin vets I had to make a very hard decision about my old dog. All the staff were absolutely amazing, companionate and caring, through the whole thing, not just to Izzy my dog but to myself and my family. We weren't rushed and given as much time as we needed, and let out the back door when we were ready, so we didn't have to walk through the reception. They made all the necessary arrangements for Izzy. The after care was amazing too a lovely hand written card with a heart felt words of comfort and a small pkt of wild flower seeds to scatter in memory. I know this post is not the best topic but I think pet owners should know how good they are at all aspects of animal welfare not just making them better. Highly highly recommend
