I have been going here to do by eyebrows for years and went for a facial recently. I had such an amazing facial by Sonia and a massage from which felt like heaven. Can’t wait to book my next one in. This salon really looks after their customers and passionately do their work.
This is my go to salon. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I have my waxing, haircut and eyebrows threading done here. Always had the best experience with all the services. Highly recommended.
ambience is very good but everytime i go for threading they give me cuts on my eyelids and in the beginning i thought it happens sometimes but this was my fourth time and this tome too she gave me 3 big cuts. and she didnt clean my eyebrows properly because she was too focused on some other client who was getting her hair done. i knew my eyebrow were not clean and not done properly but i gave up telling her again and again because i felt ignored. not going back again. and would not recommend if you prefer a perfect job done as well.
I usually go to Laiba Hair& Beauty Salon for eyebrows threading. I'm always very happy with service, the staff are friendly and attentive. Last Saturday 4th March, Sonia did a facial treatment....a bit painful but a week later , I feel like a new me. Thank you, Sonia and ladies working here!
They did my make up and i was not really happy with it. The powder on my face is too much I ask the lady why it looks so powdery when i bring my liquid foundation and she didnt use it, she even use a white powder on top of the powder foundation (i just dont know what else she uses) she told me the skin will absorb the powder and it will blend but it didnt I look like zombie when i look in the hotel mirror in the toilet and wiped my face as the powder seems making my face old wrinkled. I paid £115 for make up and for setting my wig and i helped her with. Just a waste of money really.
Sonia did amazing haircut and styling on my daughters Maryams hair this morning. We went there after great experience previously 7 years ago. We tried a hair salon in Poplar but it was rery rushed and not done nicely. I really liked the way Sonia worked. She made Maryam comfortable she constantly asked Maryam her opinion on what she wanted. She took her time, making sure the haircut was to how Maryam wanted it. Thank you so much Sonia for great haircut, your advice and warm welcome. Maryam loves the haircut and so do I. Great service. We will definitely be back soon for haircut and facials. It's worth the journey from Canary Wharf to the salon. Very Highly recommended.
