I’ve been having BIAB done for roughly two years now across London but only moved to PNB late January 2024. Comparing the experience to other nail salons I use, the service is beyond amazing and supersedes others in terms of service, professionalism, talent and value for money. Having gone for a few months now I can without a doubt say this is the best salon for nails. The staff are all so lovely and despite having so many clients they still remember me which just goes to show how focused they are on customer satisfaction. The salon itself is so clean and aesthetic also which does make you feel happy to come in. Simran who does my nails always pays the most attention to the whole process (cleaning nails, cutting etc) and then the design process- her attention to detail is unmatched. I genuinely love coming here and am always so excited to work with her to get colourful nail sets :) Overall 11/10. Recommend her to everyone! Just make sure to book in because they are so busy!
I got a gel pedicure done by Dipti and I'm very happy with the result! She took her time to do it very neatly and she was friendly too. Next time I'll do my eyebrows and henna. Overall I'm pleased with the service and price, thank you!
After a first hydrafacial I had a few weeks ago I came back to get another hydrafacial today as I was very pleased with the result. Staff member Simran has done both facials with excellent results. I am definitely coming back to get regular hydrafacials. I may try a manicure and pedicure at some point.
I recently had a hydrofacial done with Simran, this was one of the best facials I have ever done.I saw the benefits straightaway with this facial compared to others I have done in the past elsewhere. Simran is so efficient with her work, she explained each treatment to me before going ahead with the facial,she also explained the benefits of the hydro facial. She really is amazing at her work,she is a calming person and a very good person. Thank you Simran I have also recommended the facial to my friends and family.
Highly disappointed with the services. I visited after seeing an advertisement poster mentioning about whitening treatment for £30. On going inside, I was suggested to add on facial for £40 along with whitening treatment for best results. Though I was interested only for whitening, but with their marketing skills they managed to convince me for adding facial. Before treatment started, I requested not to use bleach on face and she confirmed not to use . However still she has used bleach and done some facial cleaning for the cost of £70. Only whitening treatment was advertised as 45mins but my whitening+facial was completed in 45 mins. Highly disappointed with the services without any results. Will not recommend for any services.
I had a hydro facial staff member simran did an fantastic job she made me relaxed . The end result was superb would recommend everyone to get it done .
I had my first professional manicure treatment here today and I'm very pleased with the service, and overall experience. The cost for all the treatments here are very reasonably priced in my opinion and I definitely intend to come here again for other treatments.
