I’ve been to her place for the facial I am pregnant with eight month and I informed her after she asked me. She put me on the table for two hours and she been busy on phone for four times and doing while doing the service, and like she stopped doing her stuff on the client, and she was like on phone and busy on the phone, okay that’s fine. If you have too much phone calls. No problem, but she leave me while doing the things and she will take up to 15 minutes 25 minutes, and you are on the table, waiting for the lady when she will come, and when she will finish And when I exhausted, I clean myself and I went out and I met this lady dealing with other clients. without saying a single word of sorry and apology. She’ll be like oh I was coming to clean you and whatever the thing is and on top of that, she is charging like whole money like the whole price. Okay, I don’t have any issue to pay and even I paid that money. she’s like this is the procedure, This is how the facials work. I didn’t understand which facial goes for good two hours. I really really really don’t understand this thing. Oh my God, this lady was fighting with me front of her own other clients and making herself the right one. An she told me You’re the one who is doing like this because you don’t want to pay like I already paid for this service that even I didn’t took properly, and this lady was saying this is how people do when they don’t want to pay, and she know what she did with me, and I was like just imagine. Are you doing justice with your service on your client and whatever you are saying, seriously too rude to unprofessional manner less, she doesn’t have a apology word. this lady knows like she did too much wrong with me with the client, she was fumbling with her words, while talking to me, so that means she knew this thing she did wrong with me, but still This lady is on top of her attitude. First time I went over there and terrible experience. I never ever suggest anybody to go this salon, my goodness, ridiculous she’s ridiculous. I am saying God is watching her whatever she did to me or whatever she’s doing with the others. I don’t know I saw Few of the others negative comments as well. Oh my God like now, I am thinking why I didn’t took that negative comments seriously, and I went over there, and I paid £55 to this lady for this like oh my goodness, oh my goodness.
I have gone to this salon for several years and this particular visit I had full face waxing and full head colour with a straight blow dry. The prices are reasonable for the impeccable services provided. The staff are very friendly and professional, they offer drinks and have a toilet if needed. The layout of the salon is eye catching and nice. I would highly recommend to all. I had damage from continuously bleaching my hair and I thought it could not be solved but they came to my rescue and have always delivered amazing results. They come across some challenging customers and always attempt to remain patient and appropriately handle these situations. I have not witnessed or experienced any rudeness or poor services. (Full body wax) it was my first time ever waxing, which I mentioned but there was no test patch done or terms and conditions given. I was not given any aftercare instructions and after a day my back and arms broke out in a rash with white heads. My ‘Hollywood’ wax left painful ingrowing hairs and spots, which I had to buy treatment for. I was a bridesmaid and had to wear a low back dress, there were burns on my back, which were pink and painful and have now left dark marks. I want a FULL refund!
This is the best salon I have ever been to. I have been coming here for a very long time and will never change to another salon. They are very professional, friendly, caring and have excellent customer service. I really enjoy every time I go there and I can not recommend them enough.
