   I came to do waxing at neelams for the first time and I had a really good experience with diji and she did a good job. I showed neelam and her a picture of a burgundy full head highlights I wanted and they gave me a good price for it and they treated me really well and kept working with my hair until we got the result I wanted and they cut my hair in layers and I love the result and I would definitely come back

   Neelam was very welcoming and made this trip worth my time. She first shampooed and conditioned my hair and gave a little head massage with it. She then asked me what I wanted and cut and styled my hair. Throughout my appointment Neelam was checking if I was okay with everything and making sure I was comfortable.

   I only went in for a wash, cut and dry. Although the hair cut was good as I only wanted 3 inches chopped off, when I got home I realised that they actually burnt my hair. As someone who takes care of their hair, I was completely devastated and I thought they would be careful when using a hairdryer, and my hair is quite delicate as it is. I wouldn’t go there again and I believe it’s way overpriced too.

   Very bad haircut, I regret visiting the place. I wanted to trim my split ends and give a slight U shape to the cut. The staff simply chopped all the hair without doing it properly depending on split ends. When I told her that the shape wasn't aligned at the bottom she convinced me that it was cut properly and isn't visible as it's wet hair. She was sweet enough to talk but not really good at her professional work I felt. Not really visiting here again, I regretted losing a lot of my hair unnecessarily and it was not worth the price as I had a better experience at a lower price than this

   Took my daughter for dry cut, was attended to by Neelam. The service provided was excellent, she explained the difference in the cuts I was considering and even taught me how to style my daughter’s hair myself. Neelam was friendly and polite and easy to talk to. Will definitely be going back in the future!
