   I had an appointment at 3.30 for pedicure but I ended up waiting till 3.45.when someone finally came she made me put feet in lukewarm water and left me for another 10 minutes without any communication. At 4 o’clock no one came so I decided to leave.very disappointing experience and wasted my time.

   Worst salon I have ever been to. Anyone reading this please believe the bad reviews. I went in for acrylics and let’s just say they charge professional prices but don’t provide professional services. The technician has cut my skin on my finger and the acrylics are so bulky and uneven. Ugliest set I have ever got. Please don’t waste your money. They are so rude as well in there like they’re invincible or something . My finger is in so much pain because of the deep cut

   When this place first opened nearly 20 years ago it was buzzing. Absolutely packed every day. Had really good staff and great treatments. Prices now are high, but service is now not good. The last two times here were poor. This last visit the treatments were not thorough. Massages were fast and very light pressure with a few slaps. More slaps than actual massage. And massage was way less than five minutes for each of manicure and pedicure. Not impressed. Did not leave with a salon pampering experience. Used to go very frequently over the first few years of their opening. Then moved area so not as often. But these last two sessions, especially the last treatment, will be my last here. Also it's not a friendly place. This place is Mongolian owned and staffed. The Thai places are more friendly, and some of the Vietnamese places. Also Thai and Vietnamese do better nails.

   Used many times for manicure and nail shellac. Had foot pedicure before which was good. Always a decent price and a good job. Always busy in there as they do other beauty treatments too.

   No idea why there are so many negative reviews about this salon. I went there yesterday and it was my first time going to this salon. The nail techs are friendly and very professional and nice to talk to. There is a much more friendlier atmosphere and the clients seem to be happy here too. The wonderful nail tech who did my manicure took so much attention to detail, it took a whole hour for her to do my nails (which is not an easy task - most nail techs around this area just rush your manicure and don’t care how it looks) and she did such an amazing job, I was very pleased with how my nails ended up looking , You are able to just book an appointment and get your nails done and I think this works much better because compared to walk in nail salons you don’t have to wait for longer than 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming here again due to the fact that they do an amazing job

   Went to this place for a pamper and walked out without no treatment at all. Rude staff doesn't even acknowledged customers when they walk in. Came in with plus one and the owner said he didn't know we both wanted manicure and pedicure. When I clearly said this at the start. Massage chair for the pedicure is broken and falling apart. Waited for my treatment and got push down the queue and then he said he did not know I was waiting. This place deserve 0 stars.

   Staff were rude, constantly speaking in their own language. Weren't friendly one bit and were not a fan of customers asking for advice on what to do. Basically if it's your first time doing your nails you're pretty much screwed if you turn up here. Nails were okay, not all shaped accurately but not the worst.
