Appointment booked on the phone, traveled far from home to attend the appointment, called in to say I was running 5 min late. When I reached there, receptionist said sorry the staff made a mistake and booked you another day, they couldn’t even find a booking on other days. Very unprofessional

I have visited this salon on several occasions for root touch-ups, hairstyling, and eyebrow shaping, and have always been thoroughly impressed. Palmyra has been excellent, and the staff are consistently warm, professional, and welcoming. On my most recent visit, I had a pedicure and manicure with Adrianna. The pedicure, in particular, was exceptionally relaxing, one of the best I have ever experienced. I look forward to returning soon and wish the entire team continued success and all the very best.

It was biggest mistake to go and trust them. As they promised a good beautiful changes. By the end Ive left without money and without hair IN a two months120 strands of extensions fell out with my natural hair. Instead of long nice hair by the end I had a short haircut like a man. I paid approx 600£ wasnt offered money back either. Be careful with them. They will do everything to leave it as your responsibility and they wont take care of you incase they damage your look.
I had been to this place today for colouring my roots and hair cut. They are lovely and friendly ladies who did their duty absolutely well. I am so impressed of the way she finalised in shaping my layers and removed dye from the skin. I definitely go there again!

Very friendly and helpful staff, always when you arrive you are well welcomed. One of the best men hairdresser, but unfortunately i cant tell too much about ladies hairdressers as im a man and didnt have opportunity to experience them. All i can say is that they are always busy, so i believe this place is very popular and people happy with the service they provide.
