   Although the salon was 30 minutes late to our appointment, it was absolutely worth the wait. They did a phenomenal job, my daughter has never been happier with her hair! She walked in with dry, tired, lifeless strands, and walked out completely transformed. I could hardly recognise her, the confidence in her smile said it all. The care, attention to detail, and talent of Natalija truly made the experience special. Despite the delay, I wholeheartedly recommend this salon. They brought joy to my daughter in a way that no schedule ever could.

I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and she took the time to really listen, offer expert advice, and completely exceeded my expectations. She has a warm, welcoming personality that puts you at ease right away, and her attention to detail is next-level.

   I went to this salon yesterday for the first time. DO NOT GO THERE. Very rude. Told me there is a 5 min wait which turned into nearly 40 mins. Then when the guy turns up he gets me in the chair and starts chatting to ALL the other people waiting about what they want and how hair colouring works etc etc. I had to interject and ask how long til we start & he seemed annoyed at this??? Then he starts blow drying my hair without washing it or putting ANY heat protectant on my hair. And then gets a buzz cutter to cut the length I want. Then he washes my hair super roughly (it actually pulled hair out of my scalp) and blow dries my hair again on the MAX heat which hurt my scalp & without ANY heat protectant again. Then he finally cuts it. Don’t go here. They don’t put proper effort & will rush the job. My hair is fried the next day from the excessive blow drying without heat protectant
