Ive been my third or forth time coming to Anita's and hair done twice with Sonam, very helpful, friendly atmosphere. Very smooth hair colouring process and the hair wash always the best part, very gentle when she wash the hair.
The reason I am giving 5 star is only and only because of sonam, she literally turned my hair into something amazing. I did highlights and the work is done really good. Reading the other comments the staff is rude , the problem is they are not educated properly her name is rajni who misunderstood that I called her old which I did not I mean it was my first visit why would I call someone old, but I called her aunty in beginning which I understood is wrong we shouldn’t call anyone aunty, but the way she reacted was terrible, she was about to abuse my mother but later she realised and she stops. But that was horrible. Anyways even I yelled at her later so its neutral now. Please ask your staff to be gentle and kind with customers. Please take the other reviews carefully. Customers are the one who give you money so please respect them. Thankyou sonam for handling situation very gently and making my hair look good . Keep it up!!
I had Very bad experience. I went this salon on Wednesday 13/11 and it’s been 10 years I’m going in this salon . One staff is very rude the lady who did my threading she literally removed my skin gave me so many cuts while doing so roughly threading .I really don’t know her name but she is always like this when ever I see her she don’t even know how to greet and talk to the customers.also when you say something to her she goes more rude and make faces. would say never do your service with like this beautician they can ruin your skin. Special request to the main person please do train your staff that need to be gentle….and I’m surprised when I see same reviews on this page means I’m not wrong . I don’t know her name but she is bit mid age like 40 fair skin and small height.
Since I know London I kind of got to know this place The first girl who attended me was Sonam and that was 10 yrs ago Then came Raakhi into my list followed by Rajni Tina has occasionally done my highlights 90% of my treatments I have done there has been satisfied If I don’t like something I prefer to say it politely as I support this parlour at both locations because I rather support my flag to progress further But sometimes it’s good to take a complaint positively so to enhance better I have also experienced some highlights which suited me just after it was done but Compliments matters.. also colour has to enhance your personality What suits others doesn’t necessarily mean it would suit me also Another thing is if you have to make an opinion, best is to say to the one concerned cause how your messages can go across with twist and turn into a negative way will take you by surprise !! This i experienced it But same time one should also take into consideration that if a customer comes back each and each time for more than 10 yrs … then that must say something … don’t you agree !!!
Got my hair coloured from Anita’s salon. Highly disappointed with my experience. I asked for one solid colour on my hair and the lady named Hina did it for me. I have long and thick hair. Hina did a very poor job. She didn’t use enough dye to cover the length of my hair and left half of my hair completely untouched. You can clearly see patches of my natural hair where no dye was applied at all. It looks like they didn’t use enough product and didn’t take the time to apply the colour properly. I now have uneven, patchy hair that I’ll need to get corrected elsewhere. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for hair colour service. I’m attaching pictures so you can see a so called professionally done hair colour. My greys are still visible which when I told hina straight after while I was at the salon. She denied and called them (golden brown). I even pulled out a grey hair to show her it’s undyed. Today I called the salon to complain. While speaking to hina. She without telling me passed the phone to her colleague who said “what can I do about it. I didn’t colour your hair” and hina at the back was speaking that her natural hair cannot be dyed. They will stay natural. Seriously? Why would you take the booking if you cannot colour natural hair at all. When I told the lady that I’ll leave a negative review. She said that’s fine. People leave negative reviews and it doesn’t matter Very very disappointing! The picture will speak themselves. Shabana cut and blowdried mine and my mums hair, we both loved it. Lovely staff and super quick but amazing. Recommend!
Asked for a volume blow dry. My hair was flat and straight by the end of it with 0 volume. Really disappointed. They had no idea what I was asking for and tried to curl by the end of it.
Bad for doing hair styles - got my hair curled and it didn’t even last for 3 hours. And two different people did my hair, one did small random curls and the other pulled my hair, hurting me, whilst curling it and did thicker sections, leaving a mess on one side of my hair. I have done it better on myself that lasts up to a week?! Does an okay job for threading but eyebrows often come out too thin or uneven- depends on who does it Face wax caused me to break out- seems unhygienic Things seem self taught rather than professional The fake eyelash extension jobs seem self taught as well. Only good for a quick and rough job, don’t recommend for important days
Absolutely love this place. Been going here for years for my beauty treatments. Sonam is just the best beautician ever, She does amazing eyebrow threading and lovely hair cuts Would definitely recommend and it reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed ! 5 star
I used their service before and was pleased every time - today (20/09) however everything changed when met the most unqualified lady ever!! Even though I mentioned multiple times that I want them thin, there she goes applying a 3 inch thick tint.When looked in the mirror I was under the impression that I have 2 sausages on my face instead of eyebrows. When asked her to clean that immediately, she was more bothered that she used £5 worth of product instead of questioning her capability of meeting the client's specific request! Because I am not rude and confrontational type of person, I agreed to pay for a poorly delivered service! Hours later, I am still in pain and have a rash under my right eyebrow (got photo), this was never the case when had them done by other members of staff! And about some common sense manners - can anyone teach her that when she sneezes is better to cover her mouth to avoid spreading her germs on her clients face?? Thank you! It was first and last time when putting myself in this lady's hands, if she is on shift when I come I will be out the door next second!
