I booked my appointment for lash extensions. They asked me to come early. I was on my way they call me again n asked how long u goñna take I said I'll be there in 20mins. It was more than half an hour to my appointment. But she cancelled my appointment said I'm sorry we can't do ..even though I still had more than half an hour as i mention before. Next day was my nephew's engagement n i couldn't find any other place in emergency. This is not a professional behaviour. I am very disappointed with this. if you don't have time don't book the appointment.
Roohi did an amazing treatment on my hair. I had indian head massage done and she provided 1st class service. Roohi is such a genuinely lovely person, her personal touch goes along way. She is talented and very attentive to your needs. I shall be using her service again soon. I highly recommend her. Thank you once again :-)
Really lovely salon. I’ve been going here every couple months for the past 3 years to get my highlights done by Oksana. My natural colour is dark brown/black and I get my hair highlighted to a light white/ash blonde. The final colour is lovely and I use purple shampoo between visits to keep the ash colour bright. Haven’t been anywhere else and you won’t find prices like these at Toni or other high street salons.
