   I am a little late to share this but i have to so no one else does the same mistake as me. I went there to get my gel nails off. There was this man who did the peeling, rest was from other lady but this man started scraping my nails off and when i told not to the girl said no that’s how you do it. And in my experience nobody has done that. But that awful thing has made my nails so damaged that no matter what i do to fix they are beyond dry and keeps breaking because he made them so soft and damaged.

   I have only visited top nails a hand full of time after so many years of getting my nails done from a different salon. Unfortunately over the last few visits I realised my fingers started to get extremely itchy and swollen. I caught a terrible nail fungal infection from the salon. Please ensure they are sterilising there equipment before getting any kind of treatment done. I don’t think I’ll ever get my nails done again after this terrible experience. No fault to the staff as they’re all amazing but I think there sterilising and hygiene definitely needs improving.

   I had the best experience. Jenny is a great nail artist and her attention to detail is amazing. They have the best customer service, I booked a very last minute appointment but she did not rush and made sure my nails were perfect. Would definitely recommend.

   i like to do my own nails a lot of the time but i thought i’d get a mani pedi done professionally for my holiday. honestly i wouldn’t exactly recommend. they caused damage to my cuticles whilst doing my manicure and the staff weren’t as friendly as they should’ve been. quite hostile. the lady doing my pedicure also messed up and didn’t bother to try and fix it properly. furthermore, i believe the prices were way too high and i was charged a lot more than what i was given. overall i would not return here. should’ve done my nails myself that week.

   Got my first-ever set of acrylics and did an ombre nail colour for my holidays... while it was a looong process, I was fascinated by the level of attention and detail the technician paid to my nails... not to mention, the other staff members who were eager to see the end result and help her out. I had a fun time getting my nails done and all the compliments that followed! Thanks guys!

   Spa pedicure is great and includes chair back massage. Very quick service with Kim. Pedicure and gel nails on the feet completed in just under an hour for only £35!!!! Perfect for me as don't like to sit for too long !!! Very reasonable prices. They get busy so best call ahead and book an appointment. All Covid safe measures are in place, screens and very hygienic.
