Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of the Christmas Market! We throughly enjoyed our recent stay and the staff were very helpful. They did appear to be a little short staffed but service didn't seem to be impacted. My only criticism is that the morning breakfast buffet seemed to have a collection of fruit flies munching on the brie cheese, I did highlight to a staff member who said it was difficult to stop them, she then didnt try to sort anything out or remove the cheese. A simply cover may have helped but the young girl didnt seem bothered by the infestation Room was spacious and modernly decorated we were on the sixth floor so great views. The housekeeping staff even moved and posed our Christmas elves for us Ice machine available on our floor by the lift which was useful for drinks in the room and staff delivered an ice bucket fairly quickly after speaking to reception. Shower was a strange design and looked like a hoop so the water came out a little bizarrely. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again

Stayed at the Radisson on 6th December. On arrival at 3pm there was a very long que to check so left and returned later . Checkin was then seamless friendly receptionist . The entrance to the hotel is beautiful aswell as the bar and dining area . The bedroom very dated ,melted wax on bedside bed frame ,desk in the centre of the room covered in scratches, the bed though was really comfortable. Bathroom large but dated some tiles missing off the floor ,shower door rim needed a good scrub. The breakfast was beautiful plenty of choice lovely and hot and a friendly chef who cooked eggs to order . Maybe we just had a poor room ,I would go back the location is great but for the price the bedroom should of been a much higher standard.

We didn't actually read the reviews before booking as we were attending a concert at the local arena. Location wise it's perfect with car park located nearby. We arrived before 3pm check in so attempted to get a drink. That process turned in to 45 minutes of propping the bar up. Being a Saturday we then went to check in at 3pm, 50 minutes later we eventually got our room key. Massively under staffed for check in and bar area. Our room was okay but nothing special, reasonably clean but not great. Odd layout and no better than cheaper hotels. Breakfast redeemed the stay slightly. Nicely cooked and good service. Drastically needs more staff and better cleaners or someone to supervise. Disappointing.

Excellent hotel. Really clean and big room. Recommend that you use The Light car parking if you are visiting by car, use Dudley Way as your access to the car park. Only criticism was the room service. We ordered pizza and two portions of fries. The pizza was cold and burnt and the chips were really salty and took almost 90 minutes to arrive so we would not use room service for food again. We did tell reception. Overall though the hotel is great.

I reached Leeds in the evening from Manchester. After reading some google reviews I was a bit skeptical about this hotel . I was pleasantly surprised as the check-in and checkout experience was seamless and quick . As I am a Radisson Premium Member I was upgraded to the top floor and the room was superb. Spacious, spotlessly clean and the water in the shower and taps was nice and hot. Some reviews stated otherwise. The aircon I didn’t use as the weather was cold. I did not eat the breakfast hence unable to comment on it.

Had a reasonable night's stay at the Radisson Blu. It was a good location for the O2 and parking. A few food and coffee places nearby. There were no menus in the restaurant or in the room. We asked one of the staff and they said "it changes", so we didn't eat at the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. There were a few broken items which showed this was not a premium experience. Only one lift was working. A couple of items in the bathroom were broken. One of the curtain rails had come away from the ceiling. Could have also done with more info in the rooms (menus, WiFi details, TV/Chromecast details). Arrived a few minutes early and we were allowed to check in early. Check out was quick and easy.

Stayed at the Radisson Blu when on a weekend away in Leeds. Lots to like but also a few little issues hence a star being knocked off. Starting with the good: - The location is excellent. Less than ten minutes walk from Leeds Station and close to everywhere we wanted to go in the city centre - Good size bedroom with large, comfortable bed - Nice bar - The novelty of the shoe shine machine near the lift on our floor And the not so good: - Check-in took ages. We arrived about an hour before the set time and asked if we could check in earlier, but got a flat (and quite rude) no. Not 'we'll see if there's a room ready,' just a no. Fair enough you have a set check-in time, but make sure there are more than two people on the desks if you're telling people to come back then or you'll end up with a big queue. Which is exactly what happened - No towels in our room when we arrived, though some were provided when we asked at reception - Our room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon, by which time we'd settled back in and didn't want to move, so the room didn't end up getting cleaned at all. That was our choice but it'd have been nice not to have had to make it - The room was *freezing.* The weather was cold, granted, and the heating did work, but when we first checked in it was very cold - Bathroom was a bit scruffy with the sealing hanging off the shower door - Shower not very powerful I'd stay here again probably, because of the location. But for the price (£240 for two nights) I'd expect the issues above not to occur.

The room we had was nice, but the ceiling didn't look finished and was dusty with graffiti drawn in. We couldn't connect to the tv for the Chrome Cast no matter what we tried. Bed and shower were nice. We ordered room service and it was terrible. We ordered a pizza and it was over done, and served on a plate which it was too big for so it was hanging over the side. Then they put a metal lid over the plate, but it was smaller than the pizza so it was just on top of the pizza. Also, the pizza quality was shop bought because of the holes in the base. Just not what I expect from a nice hotel. Location was very good, and easy access to parking. When I go back to Leeds, I'll probably stay somewhere else.

Fantastic hotel & location. Staff were very friendly however bins in room were not emptied full 5 days I stayed there. No maid service was visible however this was not an issue as I tidy my own mess so no need for maid service. Would of been nice to have the buckets emptied

Unfortunately this was not a fantastic experience for us. The room, whilst presented very well, had problems. The shower head would not stay upright and so showering was difficult. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. The room was very warm, no external windows and no ability to open them anyway. All of this was mentioned to reception on the first day. Absolutely nothing was done about any of it. On returning after our first nights stay the room had not been cleaned or towels replaced. We were told by reception that cleaning was 'at request' because they were very busy. At no point was this told to us on check in. If you're a busy hotel, employ the correct number of staff to do the jobs that need doing. And tell your customers important information like this. Overall, for the money we paid it was incredibly disappointing and I would not stay here or in any of the raddison hotels again.
