   Had a terrible experience at the Toolstation on Edge Lane today. I’d placed a click and collect order online and got the confirmation that it was ready, so I headed down to the store. Like every other Toolstation, there’s usually a separate till or area for click and collect customers, so I stood there expecting to be served. I waited a good 5 minutes, but not a single staff member acknowledged me—not even a glance. I figured maybe they were short-staffed, so I stayed patient. While waiting, I noticed another customer at the counter clearly unsure about what he needed and asking for help. The staff’s attitude toward him was honestly shocking—while the customer looked away, the staff member started pulling faces and making rude expressions behind his back. Completely unprofessional. Not every customer knows exactly what they need—that’s literally part of the job to assist people without making them feel stupid. What made it worse was that while I was still waiting in the click and collect area, other customers who came in after me were getting served at the counter without any issue. I even tried to get the staff member’s attention, but he just ignored me. Really disappointing service. If this is the attitude they’re showing openly in front of customers, I can’t imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Definitely not what I expect from Toolstation.

   Went in toolstation today 31st May 2025 to buy a lawnmower 3 mebbers of staff 2 male 1 female while my son was paying I moved away ad I had a heavy bag on doing this I hear the male staff member say to the otahaear oanae watch her like ai away going to steal absolutely disgusting if I was buying a lawnmower why would I need to steal I shall never buy from here again and will tell other's the same

   2 racist young men mocking me in my face for my pronunciation, I was going for an £80 tap, it's not much but I'm refurbishing my entire house and I'm not buying anything. Disgusting attitude. Plus they don't want to work, they wouldn't even take out a tap I'd asked for, he said he'd already shown it to me. You ask them about an adapter for a tap they sell and they don't know the slightest thing, gentlemen, I'm a woman and not a plumber but there are things that even idiots know.

   Recently i went to purchase some bulbs for my living room & kitchen Chimney. I have visited more than three hardware shops and finally got the product from this Toolstation and their Service was very excellent.One of the best retailer in the UK that sells tools, building supplies, and hardware products. They have physical stores as well as an online presence where we can purchase items.
