   ⭐ 1 STAR – FORMAL COMPLAINT I placed an order for chairs in June and months later I am still without the correct product or a refund. I was sold these chairs while they were already out of stock, a fact that was never disclosed at the point of sale. Since then, I have contacted the company over 50 times and have been repeatedly misled with false promises that delivery was imminent. The sales representative who took my payment has ignored over 20 calls, despite being responsive before the sale. This behaviour is unacceptable. I was also sent a completely different chair to what was ordered. I notified the company immediately, yet no corrective action was taken. A full refund was requested over two weeks ago and I was explicitly told it had been processed. No refund has been received, and I am now being ignored entirely — calls unanswered, placed on hold indefinitely, and no written confirmation provided. This conduct may constitute misrepresentation and breach of consumer contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Given the number of similar reviews, this appears to be a pattern of behaviour. If my refund is not returned immediately, I will proceed with: • Chargeback through my bank • Trading Standards complaint • Small Claims Court action I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

   Terrible experience with this company. Customer service is extremely poor, and they do not take responsibility for damaged products. My chair arrived ripped during delivery, and despite multiple calls, they have refused to resolve the issue. Instead, they keep hanging up the phone whenever I try to follow up. Avoid this business they cannot be trusted.

   This company is the worse I have dealt… This company is the worse I have dealt with they sent broken equipment that I paid for then when I asked to return a broken mirror they took and never returned my money for it! When you try call them they don’t answer or ignore your calls they also ask for goods feed back when your purchase so they can give you a stool. All a scam equipment broken bad customer service would definitely not recommend!! Don’t use this company

   Visited the store back in march and they were all super helpful I purchased the black double wash basin and it has been nothing short of perfect for the salon. Really good quality and super comfortable for my clients. Everyone has commented on how comfy it is. I needed another component for the wash basin and I got a response instantly with it being sent out straight away Can’t fault the help I have received Thanks so much guys at Dir store

   I ordered 2x basins and 6x chairs and promised delivery the next week. The basins arrived the week after stated but the chairs didn’t. I called and was constantly put on and left on hold, I must have called 100+ times and kept being told they are coming but they never did, every time I called I was put on hold and was told they are talking to the warehouse, never did get a full answer. I had to open my brand new salon without my chairs, I had to borrow 2 styling chairs from a local salon to help me get by, which as a new business is very embarrassing! I almost gave up hope until a local delivery company called me 5 weeks after ordering and told me they had the chairs and will be delivered the following week. They arrived today and I cannot fault the quality of the chairs or the basins, they are beautiful and not cheap in the slightest, in so so happy with them! So overall completely happy with the chairs, very unhappy with the customer service. 0 stars for customer services 5 stars for the quality of the items!

They were incredibly kind and provided us a booster seat as a gift when there was an issue with our shipment! We wholeheartedly recommend this shop and will surely go there once more in the future!

   Skilled, advantageous, and successful DIR was really helpful during the entire process. The company was supportive with choosing and timely with delivery when I decided to spend money on a greater beauty salon seat. The wheels had some problems, but they were quickly replaced within 48 hours, and any maintenance difficulties were properly resolved. I have a lot of experience working with providers, and I can say with confidence that they provide excellent customer service. Being inexpensive is one thing, but offering superior customer service is just as important—if not more so—than being inexpensive. They've been great, and I'll undoubtedly use them again in the hereafter.

There were no problems, and this week everything arrived as expected. This great crew simply kept me at ease and continued to give fantastic services. I was very pleased when I noticed their upgrade tools. I spoke with the friendly receptionist and the sales representative, who I am aware had a key role in delivering this 5-star service. Bravo to everyone! I genuinely appreciate all of your work and hope to use DIR again soon.
