   Visited salon for getting nails done. I asked the lady over there if any slots open and she took me in. She started cutting my extension nails and even checked my desired nail design. Once my extension nails were cut off, a lady came in who had an appointment same time. The staff immediately asked me to get off the chair and wait for 1 hour. My nails werent even toned as it just got cut off. She didnt even apologised or requested. Either you come after an hour or u have to wait an hour thats what she told in a demanding tone. Such a worst experience. I will not recommend to anybody.

   It's been one year now , she did bad hair cut it's not even a length of short bob. She cut my hair from back one inches, as i couldn't see from back, she did purposely,she was Not in good mood. Ridiculous hair dresser.she Did burnt my skin during laser hair removal machine, when i told her,she said her machine is damaged. I asked for refund.than later she did my ridiculous hair cut,from front they looked fine but at back they were only one inches.how worst human isn't she.she don't have any sense of responsibility.

   My appointment was for 930. Was waiting since 915 outside. Shop was still closed at 935. Then I get a email at 914 to say that my appointment had been rescheduled to 940. I go in at 940 and she said your appointment is at 10. I showed her the email. She said well the wax is not ready. Well if you opened the shop before your first appointment maybe the wax would be ready. I won't be going there again.!

   Have been with Mariam (Owner of this Salon) for years, she has really good trained staff too, personally I love Mariam's skills, I have got Hair Cuts, Hair Colouring, Keratin Treatment, Facials, Laser Hair removal, Waxing, Threading, Manicure, Pedicure etc. Very well maintained place, clean & very good value for money for some amazing work, friendly staff and well trained. They always suggest best solutions for you. Mariam is very extensively trained & certified in various skin & hair treatments. Definitely recommend this salon
