   I had seen good reviews on Treatwell so thought I’d give this salon a go and it didn’t disappoint! The haircut was exactly what I wanted and I felt very welcomed. Will definitely come back :)

   Doggy saloon,please don't go there. My daughter unlawful who has leaning needs called to have curls in her hair. She advise by the person she spoke to that it will cost her £20 to £25. She was later called back for an appointment for 3pm the same day. My daughter in law attended but charged £45 after the hair had been done not before. They are taking advantage of people with learning needs. I called them to discuss it amicably but the lady's behaviour was horrible, she rude and short with me over the telephone. She cut me off and told to me not to call her again siting that my daughter in law is big girl and should fight for herself. I am gutted. It is a matter of principle for me not the money.

   OMG! I love this salon. They’re professional, they’re skilful, they’re brilliant, and intelligent. Also, really good at improvising! The woman who did my hair was Caidian Brown. Beautiful woman and considerate. The hairstyle lasted me twice as long as I needed and I go here on a regular to do the same hairstyle because it’s so good.

   I've made an appointment for this salon called Hairbless Studio for Saturday 10th Dec at 3pm on Treatwell as they seemed to have good reviews. I was contacted by the salon directly a few days before the appointment to be asked to change my appointment and pay at venue instead of through the app. The lady said she has rescheduled my appointment and to bring cash or do a transfer. I got to the salon at 3.03pm, was barely greeted and to this point I don't know the name of the person who cut my hair. I believe it's Angela because she asked me to make her a bank transfer. She started washing my hair 20 mins later than my appointment time. She sat me on the chair and asked how much do I want cut? And I said I don't want much of the length but I want layers starting from my ears and I have bangs so if she could cut it rounds. You could tell she wasn't listening. She cut some layers that were very long so when I saw she wanted to dry my hair after 5 mins of cutting I asked if she could do the layers shortly. She didn't seem pleased but did it anyway. Then she started drying (at this point she didn't even touch my bangs) and when she got to the top part she said " do you have bangs?" I said "yes, I was trying to tell you earlier". She seems very unimpressed, dried my bangs then stood there for 5 mins looking at my hair being very confused (my bangs grew since last time i had a haircut and barely had any shape now). She eventually said "they're very long" to which I replied "yes you can cut it shorter, can you make it round please meaning longer at sides and shorter in the middle?" she twisted my bangs, and then cut once. Didn't blend my bangs with the rest of my hair, didn't do any face-framing nothing. She started washing my hair at 3.20pm, we started the haircut 10 mins later, she answered 4 calls during the time I was on the chair, having to stop to take other appointments. I left at 4.06pm when she finished and by this point my anxiety was killing me. I just smiled, paid and left. She has done nothing but look for scissors, brushes, answer calls all the time. She barely cut anything and left my bangs looking disgusting. Overall this was the absolute worst experience I've had at a salon in ages! I simply don't understand why people are reviewing this as 5 stars, this is such a bad salon with very bad unprofessional staff or at least this lady Angela. Never again! Plus I can't even leave them a review now because they took the appointment off Treatwell and I can't leave a comment. Such a dodgy place!
