Sayed at the Crown Plaza, Leeds to attend a concert in the city centre. Lovely comfortable hotel with great facilities and the room was nice. Main stand-out at this hotel was the staff. From reception to the breakfast waiters, all the employees at the hotel made us feel very welcome. A special mention to Patrice on reception - She was quite simply wonderful and very helpful - thank you!

Great location. Amazing staff. A decent bar, with a decent selection of wines. The food and the service in the restaurant was very good . The rooms are a little dated and dark.very spacious though. All very clean. Good value and there is a carpark.

Beautiful room very spacious , we booked the junior suite so bigger than the basic rooms . Great location 5 minutes walk into centre , plenty of bars and cafes close by if you don't want to venture into town. Hotel facilities are good and the gym and pool with sauna and steam room are a bonus. We didn't go to the bar and restaurant for a meal but did have breakfast which was buffet style. We were greeted by lily on the front reception, she was lovely and very helpful

We stayed at Crowne for a week and even if it was during kids school vacation the place was pretty good. Rooms are comfortable, common spaces could do we some update. Gym was a nice thing to have and the pool are too. Breakfast can be boring after a week, but is tasty. We didnβt like that we have to pay an extra 100punds for parking, but it what it is. We will stay here again for sure if around Leeds.

I stayed for one night for work purposes and had a great experience. The car park had plenty of spaces- ground level spaces were very handy. I received a warm welcome from Patrice at reception, who was friendly and efficient. Archie at the restaurant provided excellent service during dinner β he was attentive and went the extra mile to check with the chef whether the chicken was halal. The chef even came out personally to reassure me and showed me a photo of the chickenβs packaging, which I really appreciated. At breakfast, Harvey was friendly and quick to clear tables and keep the area spotless. Overall, a great hotel with modern decor, good vibes, and outstanding service. Would highly recommend.

The room was modern and comfortable. The bed was only a queen but I slept surprisingly well. The bathroom was very clean. Annoyingly the window only opened 1 inch. I know this is a safety issue but 1 inch? We were eventually allowed to check in 1 hour early which did make life somewhat easier. The hotel entrance is being refurbished so you have to walk a the way around the perimeter to reach the reception. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable with a reasonable choice on offer. 10 minutes walk to the station and just a quarter of an hour to the centre of Leeds. I would happily stay again.

Stayed over after a nearby conference. Hotel was very nice, room was small but beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good parking, reception staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel a bit difficult to get to, busy roads but quite central for shopping. Area was very built up, more than I had imagined.

The only reason that it is 4 star is because of the decoration, the room smelt like strong paint, it was clearly just decorated, the wallpaper was coming away from the walls, the bathroom door was damaged and just painted over, there was still masking tape around it. The bathroom had a bath so my partner thought she could have one, turns out you can't as the plug doesn't plug the water. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so hard that she couldn't sleep properly. And to top it all off, there is a white/blue light on next to the wardrobe, and this light can never be turned off, there is no switch and no button and during the night it was very bright, so much so that she couldn't sleep as its like leaving the en-suite bathroom light on. I have been to many 2 and 3 star hotels and they are amazing compared to this.

As you'd expect from 4* hotel chain. Clean and courteous. Shower wasn't that great but otherwise room was very comfortable. Has Aircon but it wasn't particularly powerful. Pool is lovely as is having sauna and steam room. Just be aware you currently have to book a slot but there was no issue getting the time we wanted. Breakfast was very good, excellent selection and all good quality, nice selection of cold meats and cheeses. Perfect location if you're working in the Wellington place area and easy to walk to all the major city centre locations. Bar was fine but not as reasonable as other local hotels.
