Had an amazing Hydrafacial with Inesa. She was very professional and attentive to my skin’s needs. She made me feel very comfortable and I left feeling relaxed and glowing. A great salon with welcoming staff. Thank you Inesa for the wonderful service.
I have been going to cocoas for nearly 2 years and getting my nails done by Linda. She is the best nail tech I have ever had. She will always make sure the nails are perfect and that you are happy with them.
First time visit to this salon via Groupon (meaning huge saving!) Nice homely atmosphere. I had a haircut with Charlie girl, who is lovely, professional, delivered service to a standard. Overall, positive experience.
I have been to this salon for years and I have recommended so many people. I got my blow dry done with Charlie girl who is lovely and always does a good job. However yesterday I felt it was a rushed job. When I took my pins out and I used more hair spray after a few hours if that my curls came out and look as if I never got it done. I was a bit upset as I've never had that experience before. She normally does a good job with blow dry. And today I will have to re wash my hair again as it's not looking nice at all as I have another event to go too. Sorry Charlie this was not your normal blow dry job.
Beautiful salon with lovely people. Always do their best to fit me in and are super friendly and chatty. I’ve had nails done there regularly by the lovely Linda for the past few months and I’ve also had my hair cut by the lovely Charlie.
Charlie is a lovely girl but definitely didn’t deliver the service I paid for. I came in for a toner, cut and blow dry. The toner did absolutely nothing, my hair was as blonde as when I first stepped foot into the salon, yet I ended up paying full price. I understand that she used the product on my hair, however, as a hairdresser you should know what works and what doesn’t - as this was her mistake, she should of never charged for the toner.
Lovely service the staff are very friendly, throughly recommend this salon.
Booked appointment via Treatwell on 29th December to get nails done on 31st December. Arrived for 9am appointment, and lady opening up was just sat in her car until 9.10am on her phone. When she opened up, I was told that the person who I was booked in with wasn't going to be in (Covid isolation I think?). I wasted time to drive down there because no one cancelled my booking in advance, and has to try and find somewhere else to get my nails done. Extremely unprofessional, and was disappointed. I understand that mistakes happen but it doesn't take much to manage diaries better, communicate with clients, and actually open up the doors on time.
Excellent visit today Friday, so friendly and welcoming. Very pleased with both cut and styling I will certainly visit again. Many thanks Tina
