Decent product range and prices , on recent visit 3 staff more interested in there chat about wolverine, didn't even stop during my transaction, no hello , no thank you , mmmmmmmm ashame , interaction with your customer IS the most important part of your job !!, I await your response head office !?

Excellent service from Rightway Eastham I had been to numerous shops trying to but de-icer and everywhere was sold out the lady in the shop phoned another store to see if they had any and then asked them to keep it for me and I would go and collect it

I love this shop, it is so convenient for every little item that big stores dont seem to stock. It's now stocked with Christmas items that look great. I've bought, plant bulbs, garden items, kitchen items, electrical equipment, paint, it's just fab. Highly recommended with friendly staff.

I found that staff were insufficiently trained. It's not a bad shop as long as you know your own DIY. There's a surprisingly good range of stock for the size of shop. Prices aren't very competitive, though for convenience, it serves its purpose. There's easy parking close by.
