   I walked into this salon today and immediately had a bad. I was greeting very rudely by two members of staff. I proceeded to ask them for eyebrow waxing and she said “oh we can’t do that, right now” I asked why and she rudely approached me saying “I guess you don’t have card so we can’t take your payment” . So I asked if there was any way they could fit me in but I was turned away. Very rude members of staff and the prices are extremely high. I would not recommend.

   I am a regular here now … for years I wasn’t able to find anybody that could do my eyebrows just eve way I liked them until I met Simmi… she is the kindest most politest beautician I have came across and makes every visit a pleasure … due to her and her work I wouldn’t go elsewhere you have a customer for life … I hope you see this thank you Simmi :) ps from Chloe the difficult eyebrow client :)

   I go every few months to have treatments at this salon. I have spa pedicure, facials and full body massage. They are very good at all those. I have been using them for over 12 years as before they were in smaller premises. I am very pleased with the eyebrow threading and find the staff very accommodating to my needs. I was pleased to get my appointment and even though last minute they had spa room prepared , warm and inviting. They gave adequate time for me to change and get dressed afterwards. I really have a good experience every time I visit Elegance.

   they cut my fingers 3 times, didn’t apologise about any of them, the underneath of my nails were all crusty, and after i left i had to buy a nail file to fix the corners cause they were so sharp i could cut my skin. I paid £38, and my friend got her nails taken off, she’s been in pain since yesterday when she got them off. And they look really scruffy

   My partner bought me voucher so I used them to have a hot stone massge with Simi, it was amazing and Simi was wonderful, the room was candle lit with soft music playing, felt very relaxed, highly recommend.

   Believe the reviews! This is probably the worse place I have been to. Prices are far too high and standard is awful. Lash extensions messy, rushed and came off within days. Not qualified people working in there. I have to say that the nails ladies are lovely but just not that good. They seem really unhappy. This place focusses on money and not customer service and standards. Go to any other place in romford! Avoid!

   First impression was not good. Firstly they asked me to pay upfront which gave me major red flags and I offered to show them that I had enough to pay but they said no problem. As she was doing the service I was picking out noticeable problems that she was having going back over to correct. She took off £8 but that was pointless because I had to go elsewhere to pay someone to fix it. Will not be going back and will not be recommending

   Disgusted with todays service. Will not be a customer anymore. Took my teenage daughter to get infills and a nail replaced, was told £27 assumed that would be with shellac as I paid £33 for a full set with gel previously in a different salon. She wanted French tip. I was then quote another £6 for normal polish or £16!!!! For shellac on top of £27. Totalling £43 which was more than a full set!! I know prices have risen but they may as well of charged her to sit down and breathe. It seemed as though they made up the prices on the spot. The service was poor as was the quality of the nails that was done. In the end all they done was infill, which was terrible, cut down and two coats of clear nail varnish for £27! Do not recommend! They have lost a regular customer. On top of that they were rude and the nail technician tutted when my daughter asked for them to be shorter.

   I I've been a regular customer for years and I used to love to come to this salon for treatments. Until today as it was my last visit. Upon arrival I was asked to fill up form and give personal details, name, phone number, address - at this point I had have enough. I came for waxing not house buying. Shall I bring birth certificate or gass bill next time to be allowed to have a treatment? Waste of time. Will not use it again unless procedure will change.
