Ordered sewer rod product from this company on 22nd July 2019. Phoned email today as no message update as promised. Poor service all together. Answer was what do you want me to do sir make them no deliver as per Amazon contract.
DO NOT use this company! I ordered butterfly hinges on 13th April and I have not received them, it is now 30th April. I have contacted them on numerous occasions by email (NO TELEPHONE NUMBER SUPPLIED ON WEBSITE) and Morgan keeps replying saying that they have been dispatched! She then tells me she has dispatched more as original package must be lost! This has not arrived! I have now requested a refund! I don't hold out much hope of getting that either!
