   So we never got to visit this accommodation due to the owner cancelling our stay the day before we were due to travel 4 hours and stay. Our stay was cancelled due to an on going heating issue that I see on another review being an issue back over Christmas a month ago. I made this booking some months ago however due to the heating being a problem I feel a curtesy email regarding this prior to the cancellation would have help myself and family of 5 to have prepared rather than less than 24 hours to try and plan other accommodation. Very unprofessional.

   From booking to the end of my stay at courtyard mews I was dealt in a friendly yet very professional way. All our needs were met and Harry the owner was on call at any point . The apartments was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need and again if we found we needed anything in addition I knew Harry was on the end of the phone ready to assist. 100% customer relations and service 100% clean, well presented and comfortable modern apartment. I would highly recommend and should I need to let again in the near future this is certainly where I will stay again ! Thank you Harry for the warm welcome and a perfect stay for me and my children.

   I stayed here last year for my birthday and it was beautiful I then booked for my friends a month later and unfortunately they caused some minor damage in which I was blamed 2 days ago I asked the wonder if he could accommodate me in which he replied yes, I have now just payed and booked these apartments again and the owner has rudely taken my money and once again blamed me for the damage made months ago, Now I am a carer through agency so it is harder for me to book a hotel/ apartment so it was a massive relief when the owner said he’d allow me to stay, I’m working a 12 hour night shift and then 6 hour morning shift. And now he has completely let me down and charged me for nothing!!!

   We stayed in apartment 5. It was such a lovely apartment much better than expected. Very clean when we arrived. We needed clean bedding etc and they came quickly with towels etc. They were very nice the owners. Enjoyed my stay and would return again.

   Excellent location, couldnt have asked for better. and great size even for 5 adults. Bathroom door slightly awkward to close but not too bad. Maybe having take away menus might be idea. Mike was pleasant to deal with and assured us if anything was needed he would get it. Lovely touch having milk bread cereal and bottle of wine on arrival
