   Really would not recommend living here. Management have withheld my deposit for about 3 months without good reason, and are very unresponsive. While living here my bike was stolen from their indoor storage (while locked) and they didn't take any responsibility - even when they supposedly have CCTV. Parcels are constantly stolen as well As well as this, the flats are not well designed - in Winter they become extremely cold, and in summer they get unbearably hot. The external stairwells (surrounded by glass) are a perfect example of this - getting to sauna like temperatures in Summer

   HCGB management are awful. Takes forever for anyone to respond to emails if at all. 15 residents had to go through solicitors to get their bond back after the company went MIA. Building was constantly a mess, parcels stolen, cars broken into and lifts broken down. Avoid this place like the plague.

   Terrible Living Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Living in this condominium has been an absolute nightmare. First of all, the elevators are filthy—no one bothers to clean them, and it's disgusting. The management agency is nowhere to be found when you need them; they’re completely unresponsive and never on-site. On top of that, it's ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The building is full of sketchy people, and there seems to be a significant drug problem here. I've never felt safe, and the overall vibe is unsettling. If you care about cleanliness, safety, or getting value for your money, look elsewhere!

   Do not consider living here, we are trying to leave as soon as possible, poor management, this both vonder and the actual buildomg management. took 8 months to change a door and put some plastic sheet across the window. There is a problem with air bnbs that the managment cannot resolve despite a uear of trying. We will be leaving soon and connot wait to be done with it all.

   Visited my son who has lived there for a few months and he has made the apartment cosy and is happy with all aspects of living there, especially as it is within 10 to 15 minutes walk of where he works. It is a modern apartment and comfortable for him and feels secure.

   Sadly, it's true - the development is appallingly managed. External doors are broken so parcel thieves have easy pickings; AirBnB tenants leave trash and literally vomit in the communal areas; there are constant car parking issues; people feel glum and unsafe. It's the epitome of the housing crisis and as a tenant or even an owner occupier, there's no control to be had. I know renting is hardly a choice for many but if you can afford a bit more or wait a bit longer, I really recommend swerving this hellscape. The large management company are called RMG, and I'm naming and shaming them here so you can avoid them elsewhere too - ask your letting agent who looks after any buildings you're considering.

   As a present tenant, so far very good service from Vonder, Leeds, professional service with plentiful notice of works to property, professional tours. Goes above just doing the minimum legal requirements of a letting agency, which is nice. Minor qualms; can sometimes be slow on communication, albeit small bits of communication that didn't truly hamper my standard of living. In addition, the process of application for tenancy was professional and straightforward. On the whole, so far, very good (Note: REVIEW SCORE SUBJECT TO CHANGE depending upon if the landlord tries to retain any of the deposit or more than a fair amount from deposit, score may change upon result of how the deposit resolution and recompensation stage goes)

   If I could give it 0 stars, I would. - Neighbors throw parties regularly on weekdays well into the morning hours. People run around the hallways shouting and banging doors. - Parcels are stolen. - Maintenance is non existent and the company owning the flats (Vonder) will give you absolutely no response. Even when the appliances were broken since before we moved and listed on the inventory as such. - At one point they didn't even have someone to take care of the trash so it piled up on the parking to the point where rats could be seeing running around. I experienced all of these issues from the very start of my tenancy. Don't believe anything the agent tells you. None of these problems have been fixed nor do they look like they will be fixed in the future. Do not live here. Take your money elsewhere and be happier.
