Absolutely disgusted. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Firstly the door wasn’t secure. Looked like the handle would break off at the slightest tug. Their were nail clippings on the coffee table so clearly wasn’t cleared. There were stains on the bedsheets and to top it all off, A DIRTY USED UNDERWEAR WAS IN THE BED I WAS MEANT TO SLEEP IN. I didn’t stay the night, I left as soon as I saw that. Called them to which they said I had to email. I have sent countless emails for a week now and no response AVOID!!!
I stay in a lot of hotels as part of my work, but this place is unbelievable. On arrival fire alarm was bleeping which couldn't be fixed and I was forced to sleep through. No room was available for couldn't change rooms. Maintenance was so rude, aggressive and threatening as complaint was made how poor the apartment was. It turns out the maintenance man is also the cleaner. Stinson on the pillow cases, bed, bath met etc.
It took 45 minutes after sending my proof of identity to be given the code for the front door of the apartment. To then have problems with the safe codes. I stayed here with my 2 very small children who were really tired! After all, we had waited for ages and it was quite late around 8pm. We got into the apartment and it was filthy, broken blinds so people could see in if we had the light on. I called for them to give us another apartment so they asked me to go to a different building next door. It was very dark and the kids didnt like it. We were put in an apartment at the back of the building this one was actually quite nice at a first glance until I noticed the broken radiator cover the crumbs on the floor, the dirty bathroom floor mat and a centipede on the kitchen floor! It was freezing as I didnt know how to put the heating on. The final thing is I stayed here over a week ago and I havent recieved my deposit in which i was assured I would have back within 48-72 hours. I would never stay here again it is overpriced for what it is and the name is definitely their selling point! It is far from LUX. I have given 1 star because you cant post with ZERO stars.
Great appartment. Just had a issue with the secuirty deposit. Lux have removed a deposit but has taken ten days for a return. When advising the customer service team regarding the delay have no response
