   no reply to emails and no sign of my prescription, really poor service. going to take this up with the credit card for a full refund...do not use just not reliable and dreadful communication.

   UPDATE: After writing this review, 2 hours later, I recieved an email apologising and saying that my medication would be sent. I recieved it today, and am grateful for the fast turn around, though a pitty it took a negative google review to get them to communicate with me. ‐--------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6 months worth of flea and wormer for 3 dogs not sent. First time ordered from them all fine. But most recently they sent me less than I ordered due to not having stock with expiry dates far enough out. Not a problem as they promised to send the rest when in stock. Have asked them for the balance as i have now used all they sent and they are refusing to respond to my emails. Likely going to have to persue legal action while also having to order from elsewhere.

   Excellent. Very helpful and approachable when Royal Mail messed up (no fault of Vetscriptions). They chased up on my behalf, and also phoned back to check that the prescription had actually arrived. My first experience of Vetscriptions. Will use again.

   I have found Vetscriptions to be a first class supplier. Price is competitive and service is excellent. Allowing a little extra time ensures a delivery is received when needed but they have also helped when a prescription is needed quickly.

   The first two times I used vetscriptions I did receive the order but despatch time was really slow. However on the third occasion I encountered multiple issues. It took 8 days for them to inform me that they had not received the prescription from the vets despite the vets sending it. Vetscriptions ignored any further contact via myself and my vet and then after a fortnight refunded me which by that time left my dog without the medication he clearly needed. Appalling customer service. I will never use again and would encourage others to do the same

   Excellent company, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with my dog's prescription for his flea medication and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who talked me through what I needed to do and how to place my order online. Very competitive with other online pharmacies. Would highly recommend.

   Very happy!! Bought 12 months of Advocate for each of my 7 dogs with a prescription from my vets, worked out so much cheaper than our vets and saved me around £600 on the year!! Great service and super fast delivery! Highly recommend and will most definitely be ordering again in the future!! Thank you :)

   I always judge a company by the way they deal with things when something goes wrong and this company is right up there with the best. I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would. Other companies should learn from this fine example. Will have no hesitation in using them again.

   After doing my research, I'm so disappointed in this company. Ordered my product 27th Nov and now 8th Dec and no sign. Spoke to someone online last week and they said it was dispatched then the next day an notification saying it was dispatched...cant be trusted based on that, in today's competive world customer service needs to be perfect. Use at your own risk. Never again!

   A very easy to use online service. Online chat was very responsive (and informative), and made my mind up to use them. The shopping/ordering system is very straightforward with prices that were the best I could find. My order sat for a few days with a tag of ‘unfulfilled’ and I don’t know why, and then I got an email saying my order was on its way. Here next day. Very positive experience, and one I will happily use next time. Well done, keep it up.
