   Lovely self contained rooms at affordable rates, but the wifi utterly failed to work on my very modern phone. Never had that problem elsewhere and I travel a lot. Staff were great and very helpful but no resolution was found.

   Super convenient for those doing anything on Leeds campus. Highly recommend for short stays. Very cheap, no frills place that's part of a student dorm. You do get access to a shared kitchen, and the single rooms are actually very modern, functional and clean. There was a slight mix up with our booking but the staff sorted it, no problems.

   Terrible customer service, they do not respond to the phone after multiple phone calls regarding a complaint and neither do they respond to emails that 'get back to you in 1 working day'. Ducking and hiding from customers is not great.

   Love this place. Bright sunny rooms with more furniture than you need, including hairdryer and iron. Sparkly clean toilet and shower. Bed and room gets done every day and comes with a sharing kitchen. Not for couples or family though as they allow only a single person in each room
