   Attended as a wedding guest. From the moment we arrived till the time we left, we couldn't have been made more welcome by all the staff and golf members. The building and rooms are magnificent and really add to the whole experience. The wedding breakfast right through to the food provided later in the evening was exceptional. Really positive experience. Thanks to all involved in making the day so memorable.

   Excellent went for two rounds of golf with an overnight stay. The golf club was great. The members were friendly and polite and very welcoming. But a big thanks to the staff, the bar kept open for us on the night, and in the morning, the cleaners even made me a coffee. Would highly recommend this. Well done.

   Beautiful building and grounds. Stayed just the one night, twin room had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and the views stunning. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Great value for money (Suggestion not a criticism rather than a large jug of milk and 1 large dish of sugar etc, maybe smaller and more for each table at breakfast) Would stay here again, staff all very friendly and efficient

   By the time we were due to arrive the club was snowed in and a skeleton staff had stayed behind when the rest were sent home in case we arrived as we had been driving from south Wales. Overnight there was six more inches of snow but staff who lived locally walked up to the club to make sure we had breakfast and cleared the drive so that we could get to our appointment. We can not speak too highly of the staff who went our of their way to ensure what was to be a difficult visit went as smoothly as possible. If we need to stay in the area we always book here as the accommodation is of a very high standard the location is fantastic and the staff are great.

   Food great and have it on good authority that the Dormy house is fantastic for a bunch of friends. Apparently has 8 double/twin rooms. Eat in the hall. The golf is really good. A test but one I enjoyed and would enjoy better a 2nd time.

   One of the top Golf clubs in Huddersfield, enjoy a weekend retreat and stay at the country Manor which has several rooms, great food and drinks held in different areas of this 16th Century building. Its always a pleasure to play at Woodsome Hall, staff are very freindly and you wont be disappointed on the hospitality they offer. Look them up and enjoy the countryside retreat...

   What a beautiful golf course and a lovely building with even better staff and management! Kind polite and understanding arre just a few words that come to mind. A great deal is taken to make sure this place is spotless and hygienic. All areas are well maintained and kept well above the industry standards. Well done to the management and all the staff.
