   From first walking into Wirral flooring we were met by Heather who was very knowledgeable, welcoming & very helpful. She kept in contact throughout the whole process. Quentin & Lily came out to measure up, who also were very helpful, helping us choose our Amtico flooring. We were very satisfied with the price & the speed in which it was completed by Jamie who was so helpful & such a lovely person.    Service in store was fantastic. Time was taken to help us choose the right flooring for our needs, and we never felt under pressure, just well looked after and listened to. Communication was great throughout, with clear updates during the quotation and fitting process. The fitters did a brilliant job, taking real care to make sure everything was finished to a high standard. I’m really happy - not just with the service, but also the flooring itself and the quality of the fitting. Would definitely use again and happily recommend to others.

   I’ll start by saying this review is written 2 months after installation. We normally go for recommendations when choosing products and retailers for large refits within our home. On this occasion we didn’t have any but found Wirral Flooring online! We can honestly say, the whole process of choosing a product, floor preparation and fitting was exceptional. Quentin and the team helped us find the correct product for us. We took various samples away to view them in our home lighting. They can look very different to the showroom. There was a home visit to survey the requirements and quote for the job. We chose Amtico signature as the floor product (to fit most of the downstairs in our home). From accepting the quote to commencing the work took approximately 5 weeks. The fitter Jamie was very professional and his attention to detail was first class. From floor preparation to completion of fitting took 2 weeks (including a week delay due to screed drying time). All this without handing over a single penny to the shop! There is no pressure for payment. They send the invoice through about a week after completion so you have plenty of time to examine the floor before payment. We are delighted with the finished product and would recommend Wirral Flooring to anyone. I have included a few photos of the floor!

   Quent and the team did a fantastic job installing Amtico flooring to our new extension, laying over a combination of suspended wood and concrete existing base. True perfectionists who ensured every element was absolutely spot on. Pricing was competitive and all work tidy and cleared away afterwards to leave the place spotless. Polite and friendly installation team. High recommendation and will be using again for other areas of house.
