   Got my haircut at Mariella’s salon today. She has done an excellent job. Her professionalism and her friendly personality made me so comfortable at her salon. Sometimes it is the small businesses that do services best! Would totally recommend her to other people. I got my hair washed, cut and blowdried. I showed her some inspiration on the design I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. 10/10 service!

   The worst haircut ever! I don’t even need to speak for the colour, I look like homeless person after staying 1h 40 minutes in the salon! I cried for 2 days as I can’t look myself in the mirror, but like she mentioned her mum teach her how to be a Stylist ,if I knew this I would never enter in the salon, she burned my hair and cut not2 but 9 cm from it ! Now I look as I am having a very bad week wig , yes will post pictures from before and after.. a part of everything I came to ask for my money back and she told I am there so she can fix the colour Of course she refused to give my money back ,, It’s not even for the money I want my hair back I want my dignity back

   Today was my third appointment with Marialla. Had keratin treatment today with a trim. Good price, lovely classical music and pleasant conversation. Always a pleasant experience. Mariella is professional, creative and works around your schedule. After years of going to hairdressers I feel I have found a gem. I hope you find her too!

   Very disappointed with Mariella behaviour. Made an appointment for haircut with her on a Sunday and when I turned up noone was there waited for 45 mins and called her on her mobile no response. Then after 2 weeks received a call back and made an appointment for Monday, when I turned up there she was rude seeing my baby and told me I have no space to put the baby, I said politely that can keep the buggy outside, then b4 entering she informed me prices are gone up from 18 to 28 , I was a bit surprised and told her you charged me 25 last time and should mention b4, she became so angry started pushing me outside the shop and started swearing at me saying I am sick of customers who argue about price. But I didn't I just told her that it was 25 last time. Very very disappointed with her behaviour she didn't even realise I was with a baby and there was already another customer on the shop. Feel sad for her and wish she should change her behaviour. I wasted my time twice and money to even bothered to make a trip to her. Never ever returning.

   What a little hidden gem in Kingston! I had highlights and a haircut with Mariella and couldn't have been any happier! I've had a recommendation for the good job she does and the price she charges and decided to check it out myself. Her taking the time to sit and chat with me on that day and listening to what I was looking for and my concerns and then, going on with choices and suggestions over it....she proved her professionalism, the love she puts in what she does and how much she values her clients. I loved her colours and her technic, blended so finely and naturally with my greys. Mariella it's been a great pleasure to meet you! Thank you for your hard work and you absolutely deserve being one of the best hairdressers in town!

   I was walking around Kingston town centre one morning to spare time before going to uni. I saw Marielle’s hair salon and looked at the prices and thought the services were affordable. She gives 20% off to NHS staff and students. That’s when I decided to come in. Marielle, the hair dresser, welcomed me in a friendly manner. I usually put off going to the hairdressers because in the past I felt like the hairdressers I’ve seen before are judgemental about me and my hair. However Marielle was very kind. I initially asked for 1-2 inches of my ends to be cut off. Marielle cut my hair and added layers to my hair. She also blow dried my hair. The total came to £21! When I went to uni all my friends complimented me. Very affordable if you’re a student or want to save money. I would recommend coming here if you’re in Kingston and are on a budget.
