   Overall a good place to stay for the money, but could be excellent with a few improvements. We stayed in a standard two bedroom apartment. It was a good size and it's great that there is an internal lobby area/porch with cupboard to put all your coats and boots etc. The lobby also helps keep the warm in and the cold out. For the most part the apartment was very clean, but the carpets could do with replacing as they were stained and threadbare in places. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice dining table. Sofa is just ok, but fine. Bedrooms adequate size with plenty of storage. However, the big chest of drawers in the double bedroom isn't really appropriate to the room - bit too wide and deep so not that easy to get around the bed. Bathroom ok, but similar story in terms of not great thinking about room design. The sink is too deep for the room and there is not much space to put your bits and bobs. The breakfast hamper was a bit miserly. I understand that it's probably not meant to be a true replacement for breakfast, but at the same time it could easily be improved with more use of local produce. The bread was just a supermarket packet bread. Surely there is a local bakery that could supply a nice sourdough or similar? Likewise, surely some bacon and/or eggs could be provided? Instead you're just given a tin of beans and a two tiny packets of miniature cereals and a single Weetabix! Teas, coffee and a few biscuits are also suppled. My only other complaint is the very early check-out time of 10am! You can opt to pay extra for every hour you stay over, but still... The location is really handy for town, but parking is very tight and it's easy to miss the little slip road. But fine once you've tackled it once! Croft Mill is certainly not a bad place to stay, far from it! We would stay there again. I just think just a few relatively small, low-cost changes, could make a huge improvement.

   Great apartments. Came with friends and we stayed in 2 apartments. Both very similar. Great amenities and an absolutey fantastic location with free parking. Great welcome/breakfast pack included. Bread, butter, jam, eggs, milk, biscuits, some cheese and oatcakes and cereal. Oh and tea and coffee! Very generous! Toiletries included and all basics cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend, we've already booked to come again!

   This was a fairly last minute booking for a weekend away for my husband and I. We were not disappointed at all. Our apartment was upgraded at no extra cost and we would have loved to stay for an extra night and had longer to enjoy the apartment. Kitted out with everything you could need including a washing machine and a lovely basket of essential food for our stay. We are definitely going to be back. We love Hebden Bridge and we loved this place too - close to all of Hebden bridges finest cafes, restaurants and pubs.

   Five * and FIVE...WOWs! Stayed here for 3 nights 6th October 25! OUTSTANDING..Accomadation! Spotlessly clean! Fresh, light/ bright! Hosts....FANTASTIC! Customer care at its very best! We had a problem with our TV...SORTED INSTANTLY! Thank you. The cleanliness of these apartments is seriously the best I have seen and I am well travelled! My Thanks to the cleaners of this accomdation! You are credit to this establishment. Much Respect, for all the hard work you do. Definitely will see you soon.

   Absolutely love this place. One of my favorite places to stay in the world. Rooms are clean, neat, and contemporary and they left me a lovely basket of food in the room. I really liked the treehouse feel of the rooms on the upper levels.

   Stayed for 3 nights mid February. Fortunate enough to get apartment 9 (I think) which although did not have a balcony, as it was at the end of the row, instead benefited from windows all along the side with a view of the street, canal and distant hills. Greeted on arrival and found the apartment to be of high quality, very clean and all bedding and towels of good quality. Bed were comfy and the living area was well laid out with the kitchen extremely well kitted out for those wanting to do some cooking during their stay. Location was perfect and meant that we didn't need to use the car during our stay other than to drive upto hardcase crags for a walk. Loads of places to eat and drink in hebden bridge, will defo return and will certainly return to croft Mill.

   What an amazing relaxing place to say. We stayed Friday and Saturday February 24/25 apartment 6. The place was spotless in every way. The breakfast left out was more than ample. Hospitality from Mark and Josephine was fantastic from when we arrived to when we left. We will certainly be going back. Mr and Mrs Bradley.

   I absolutely recommend this place, fantastic apartments, lovely breakfast spread left for us, in the heart of the town, very clean and fantastic linens, would have been 5 stars except that the boiler could be a bit noisy.

   The penthouse was beautiful and a true home away from home. We were staying for a wedding so though we didn't use the kitchen much it certainly was fully equipped. The location is fantastic with all that Hebden Bridge has to offer right on your doorstep. I look forward to returning here.

   Great stay here. Very short walk into town. The owner was lovely and chatted to us on passing. The rooms were clean and very welcoming. Everything photographed was included with the room. They also had a good selection of DvDs to rent (free of charge), which was quite refreshing and nice. However I didn't get a great night sleep most nights due to the road noise, which unfortunately could not be helped due to where our flat was situated. Other than that though it was all good, served as a base for exploring the local areas.
