Absolutely love Karen - my hair has never been looking so healthy! Haircuts always end up even better than what I expected and the hair color - chef's kiss. She also now cuts my daughter's hair :)
While not the cheapest option, it is the most professional salon I’ve been to. My hairdresser’s expertise was excellent, and her suggestions ended up working great, even though I didn’t think of them for my hair before. I also really liked that my hairdresser didn’t hesitate to get a second opinion from someone else on this occasion. In addition, when my appointment was overrunning, my hairdresser didn’t hesitate to push her next client to make sure my hair was done to a great standard. On top of this, the experience around the haircut is second to none, including a massage chair, usage of premium products without allergens, and refreshments. Thank you very much, Martyna Polak
I love going to Lulu Blonde! I get my hair coloured by the wonderful Gayle, who has actual magical hands. She is also so warm and friendly - it’s just an all round lovely experience. The salon is ran by Charlotte who is just brilliant- so efficient and welcoming. Really great spot on the village

I started going to Lulu Blonde a few months ago when I was perturbed about the poor condition of my hair after years of dying it and my hairdresser’s lack of concern. I didn’t think a miracle could be performed and assumed the colourists would suggest cutting my hair short and ‘starting again’. I was overjoyed when she said she could get it back into good condition without a major cut. After three visits my hair was not only in the best condition it had been in for years but also was the nicest and most natural looking colour I’d ever had!! The care and attention taken by the staff to ensure I am happy, is excellent, I love going there (the massage chair is wonderful!) and I love the compliments I get about my hair all the time now! Highly recommended!
After a very long search, I am so relieved to have found my new salon and hairdresser. Lulu Blonde is a friendly, beautiful salon with a really nice feel. I got highlights and a cut done with the incredible Lisa. Felt so taken care of that it gave me the confidence to take the plunge with a full fringe - I can honestly say I've never received so many compliments on my hair in my life. Thank you Lisa, the colour and the cut were both absolutely perfect!
I was really disappointed with the end result of my hair, I had sent images of my hair to the salon to be told there will be no problem to achieve the colour I wanted, and on arrival I showed the lady who supposedly had over 30 year experience a picture of the colour that I wanted to achieve, and she was clear that I would get this colour or near on. After 4 hours my hair colour was no different the cut was really nice but after paying nearly £400 pound I came out darker then I went in!!! When I wanted to go lighter. Not recommended for this money.
I loved to town in September from the US and I was worried about finding someone to help with my color and cut! I’ve been twice now. I love the salon. Sharon, the owner, is an excellent colorist and hair stylist. She runs an excellent salon with terrific customer service ! I highly recommend them
I went to this salon yesterday for the first time and it was everything and MORE!!!! I was nervous because it's hard trusting new people with my hair, but it all turned out how I wanted it to. I had my extensions done and perfected by Vicky and my hair color done by Karen and I am in love!!! Not only was everyone so, so nice but they also made sure to take time to understand what you are wanting done and such. Also, the hair washing chairs had back massagers on them... it was amazing. Everyone needs a day at the salon every once in a while and you must choose Lulu Blonde. And Vicky and Karen are the best.
Sharon has cut my hair for many years now and I would not go to anyone else, except for Vicky when Sharon is unavailable. I love their cuts, friendliness and excellent service. They are always ready with good advice about styling and products. My daughter (14 years old) who has beautiful but unmanageable curls has recently started Yuko treatment by Sharon to straighten her hair. It has quite honestly changed our lives! Gone are the 2 hour straightening sessions at home (by me!) and she no longer worries about rain or humidity.
