   First time at this salon. Really nice experience. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Tayte gave me a lovely haircut. Listened to what i wanted,and I left very pleased. Also the most gentle hairsylist! Will definately be returning.

   Cancelled my appointment last minute via text message, did not bother to call me or offer an alternative appointment. I can see from previous reviews this is something they have a history of. Tayte is awful at extensions. I spent hundreds of pounds on them and she was supposed to give me a balayage. The blending was terrible and it was incredibly obvious I had extensions in. I had to wait 8 weeks to get it fixed.

   I have been in London for a while I have never been happy with the haircut and even with the service. I had just cut my hair with Becci. She cut my hair just like I wanted it. She also gave me some advices for the next time to cover my grey hair.I am highly recommend Becci. You are such a professional, lovely and kind. Thank you for defining my curly hair even in Spain they did not do it. I am very satisfied with my hair cut and the service. I will definitely come back

   I found this place by accident after being fed up of going to chains paying a small fortune for a mediocre service. This was six years ago and I never looked back. My hair is normally done by Becky who always gets exactly what I'm after. She is lovely and talented. I love the place too, it is not super modern but that's not a bad thing - it has character, always a good vibe and amazing music. Prices have been creeping up over the years but that's just with everything nowadays. Highly recommend!

   Bruce did my hair fantastically for three years. He's very good at working out how to deal with thick hair, and cutting short cuts. I always felt he really listened to what I wanted. He was also good at maintaining hair while it grows out to a longer cut. I'll miss him!

   I thought I would try this place as the reviews were great! Upon entry, there was a strange smell. I thought that there may be dogs around but there wasn't and then got used to the smell in the end. The lady who did my hair was so lovely and so incredibly friendly which made me feel comfortable. Though, I did not like my hair cut. The straightening of my hair also was not very straight and more importantly, she did accidentally burn the back of my neck with the straightener. I did tell her and she apologised and said it would be fine. She also cut a lot more off than I wanted. I still paid full price. I fed back to the manager the next morning and after going back and forth, he issued a refund with no apology. He was not friendly and also said I had to go back in to get my refund. I felt really anxious doing this as he was not friendly over the phone. I went in and another lady served me who was also lovely. The manager was there and did not even communicate with me when I went in for my refund. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

   Attention to detail, care and colour mixing is next to none. I have a very long hair which are not easy to manage and the team does an an amazing job each time from cutting, to low-lights. Extremely happy with my hair every time. Thank you Julie and Mick for today xxx
