   Wouldn’t trust anyone else but Holly with my hair. Been coming to her for three years now and she is simply the best. The girls in the salon are SO kind and attentive. They all take time to learn your name and ask questions about your life - they really care! Never experienced customer service like it, especially in such a busy salon where most of the time they can’t even take a lunch. Just amazing!

   I've been a loyal client of Hollys at Tip Top Hair - Purley since she opened and I couldn't be happier with the service and results. Every visit is a fantastic experience, from the warm welcome to the expert care and attention to detail. Holly has an incredible talent for colour, cuts and styling, always understanding exactly what I want and delivering it perfectly. She consistently provides great advice on what will suit me best, and I trust her judgment completely. The atmosphere at Tip Top hair is always friendly and professional, making each appointment a pleasure. I genuinely look forward to every visit and always leave feeling refreshed and confident.    Extremely clique-y and rude. I walked in today for my pre booked appointment, the hairdressers were all busy which I understand. They were all talking amongst themselves with the customers who they seemed to know well and it felt very unwelcoming. One hairdresser looked at me directly in the face and didn’t even smile or acknowledge me. No one came to see me at the desk when I came in. I completely understand they are busy and I don’t mind waiting at all. but a smile and a “I’ll be with you as soon as I can” goes a long way. I waited for ten minutes and still no acknowledgment as they were too busy talking about their boyfriend troubles. Like I say, I completely understand these places get busy and hairdressers will chat etc and I do not mind waiting at all. It’s just the fact absolutely no one acknowledged me walking in or waiting. I stood up and left in the end. I explained I hadn’t been acknowledged so would go elsewhere and of course received no apology I usually go here as it’s local, but I will be going elsewhere in the future as the atmosphere and customer service were absolutely terrible. I have gotten excellent service in there before by a brunette lady (not sure of her name). I’m not sure if she’s left or if it was her day off, but the ones who were working just made me feel uncomfortable as if I’d just walked into a group of clique-y high school girls.

   Lovely shop, friendly staff. I attended here after a friend's reccomenddation - I am Asian so have naturally very dark hair, i left with a beautiful blonde balayage. Recieved so many complements on my hair do. I'm surprised how busy it gets here considering the quiet location. Would definitely recommend to try this place, it's a hidden gem!

   Got a balayage, cut and style today and I love it SO MUCH! Holly did my hair and she was so thorough and made sure I was happy with how it looked throughout the appointment. She also told me exactly what she was doing which made me feel at ease as this was the first time i’ve had colouring done. Abbey (hope i’ve got their names right) was also really lovely and helped a lot during the process. The colour compliments my skin so nicely, and she made sure to make it extra perfect as I have my prom tomorrow. Definitely coming back, cannot recommend enough!!

   Very bad hair salon or hair dresser named Holly, she just wanted to steal our hair and money by complaining our hair products. She just find a reason to get refund and takes our hair bundles. Be careful to do your hair here!!!
