    Turned up 10 minutes late for a 45-minute appointment due to unexpected traffic. I completely understand they were on a schedule, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and rude. The staff member made little effort to be understanding, and although she did try to offer a rebooking, there was no availability later that day. It left a bad taste, a bit more sympathy or professionalism would have gone a long way. Disappointing experience overall.

    I have used these barbers since I was a young child. Rico the owner has always been kind hospitable, respectful and done a great job. His prices are very reasonable and the barbers are all talented. There is a tv for when the football is on and the place is in a great condition.
