   I went here yesterday and I am very pleased with my overall experience. Lauren was amazing!!! I went in for the signature cut. Lauren listened to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions too. She also advised me on what products I should use for my hair. The salon itself is a great atmosphere with friendly staff and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone; will definitely be coming back!

   Really happy customer. Charlie was brilliant, discussing what I wanted; I'm lazy and just wash and go. She explained what the cut would look like in view of my hair type and what I would need to do to maintain it e.g. how to control fly away hair and how to style it with a brush and hairdryer. I booked an hour before by phone, so was nervous as I've never been here before but she put me at ease, as did the others on reception. A fabulous place, I will definitely be returning. Thanks Charlie, you did what I asked and more. Also thanks for the Xmas special hot chocolate! A very pleasant experience overall.

   I had an amazing experience at Toni and Guy Croydon today! My hairdresser Lucy did an incredible job with my hair smoothening treatment - my hair feels so soft and looks so shiny! Not only was she skilled and professional, but she was also so friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. Her colleague was also really helpful and contributed to making my experience a great one. The shop ambience was also really relaxing and helped me to feel more comfortable.    I booked a last minute appointment today with Lucy and bombarded her with garbled ideas about what I wanted. She took time to listen and look at pictures with me, she must’ve been really paying attention because somehow she turned my nonsense into something amazing which really feels like ‘me’. Lucy, I came here to say THANK YOU again, because I’m not sure if it came across just how pleased I was and just how much I love my hair when I said goodbye earlier, I was still too stunned by the transformation! It was my first time visiting today, everyone was absolutely lovely, and Lucy was incredible, it was a pleasure to watch an artist at work! I will be back and would highly recommend.
