   Omg this salon is amazing so professional they treat you very awesome I havey hair color here and trim it was amazing they amount of patience and they ask you perfectly what you really want. They offer you a drink it was excellent thank you very much the shop so beautiful and clean

   Aggressive and disappointing experience. I walked in to book a full head colour, which I was told would be £51. I received a patch test and then tried to book my appointment. The receptionist insisted that I must have a blow dry, which would increase the price to £83. I explained I was happy with just a rough dry and didn’t need a blow dry, but was told I couldn’t have a full head colour without it. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of being forced into an extra service I didn’t want. The receptionist’s pushy and rude attitude completely put me off — she lost a customer through aggressive upselling.

   Absolutely love my new balayage and cut that Shirley done! I wanted to step out my comfort zone and Shirley definitely helped with that! I had gone to enquire about how much highlights and a cut would be. The receptionist is lovely as always and said I could have consultation. Shirley advised that balayage would be better and as I was unsure of what colour exactly she showed some pictures. I'm really glad I went with what Shirley advised and I love it so much. Everything she advised I really appreciated and added to the service more, something I haven't really had before. She advised to change my parting which I've always tried at home and never liked it but with the new cut and colour I really love it! She also advised on products for my hair as well which I invested in. I walked away from the salon feeling really happy about the whole experience and can't wait to book in again with Shirley again in the time frame she suggested. Thanks so much Shirley!

   This was my first visit to the salon, and it was absolutely amazing! I had a balayage done by Rugova, who is an incredibly talented stylist. I was so impressed by her passion for her work. I’m so happy with my new hairstyle , and I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family. Thank you, Rugova :)

   This is the first time I went to this salon. I chose a junior stylist who is not familiar with almost everything. She cannot finish my hair-cut with layers because they need to close the shop at 6pm. She dyed my hair without applying vaseline and let the dye dry on my face. Her skills were poor as well that she keep pulling my hair brutally. The water kept going to my ears and neck when she washed my hair too. Their senior stylists are professional and willing to assist but still cannot help much. I will not go back again! If you decided to go to this salon, pick someone senior. The salon looks nice and high class.

   I walked into the salon with no appointment and was able to be seen straight away for a wash, cut and blow dry. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My stylist was very nice and I would highly recommend this salon. I walked out with my hair feeling fresh and soft.
