   This is the best hair salon I've been to in London and I live here! Tilly gave me the most gorgeous colour - painstakingly mixed four different colours to give me a bespoke caramel that compliment my dark hair. I've been getting highlights for a few years but Tilly is special. Gaby gave me a gorgeous blow dry. This place is special and I really was going to cry with joy at the outcome. I went here on a whim seeing the 4.9 star rating - the appointments are hard to come by but they really are worth the wait. Thank you ladies for making my day!

   Aimee did a fantastic job cutting/ restyling me hair into a bixie! It was a big change for me but I felt like I was in such safe hands, she really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and how that would work with my hair and I’m super happy with how it turned out!

   It's been a month or so since I had one of the best cuts I've ever experienced with Aimee. She managed to fit me in last minute when another hair dresser cancelled on the day - it was meant to be! She took the time to understand my hair and gave the exact cut I was after. What a great salon to have in HH. Thank you so much, I'll be back!

   Cannot recommend this salon enough. Jordan cuts my hair and does a fantastic job every single time, she has fantastic attention to detail (I have a blunt bob and it is so neat). Alice has also done a Gloss for me and it was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend this salon!

   I’m a new client, and recently got my hair coloured (twice), by Tilly. She’s amazing, and knew exactly what she was doing on my hair, after a disaster at a different salon. She also really listens which is key. I’ve also had my hair cut by James and was really happy. Alice has blow dried my hair and was lovely too

   This was my first time at Aitch. If you haven’t heard already - Matilda is a Professor of Colourology! My new hair is a testimony to that. Her experience, passion and expertise manifests in the salon into stunning hair. Gabby was a TOTAL pro. In no time at all she had me laughing, and my hair snipped into looking healthy, current and expensive! The final finish was one thing - but that was quickly outshone only by their professionalism, genuine care, and interest in you. In one afternoon I had interactions with the whole Aitch team - from the first hello to the first Gin & Tonic - frankly they are hair ninjas who over-delivered on every level.

   Great team of passionate professionals! *Update May 2022* Back in lovely Herne Hill to get my colour and haircut done. Tilly was great as usual wuth her colour advice, and Shella did a fantastic job of adding layers to my bob! Thanks both, see you next time :) **December 2021** I had my hair bleached from a very dark base and turned into pink on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks before Christmas. Matilda did an excellent job, keeping me informed every step of the way. She helped me with colour choice before the treatment, and gave me useful aftercare tips when we were done. She had previously been really approachable when I asked her about the process (before I decided to book), and also kindly kept a box of haircare products on the side for me while the salon was running a promotion. The whole time, Matilda and the rest of the team made sure I was comfortable (the colouring session last about 4 hours), and interacted with me in a lovely warm way, which made me feel valued and looked after even when the salon got very busy. They asked for my permission to take pictures of my hair before and after and post on their socials, which I appreciated. The result was really stunning and I am in love with this colour! Would 100% recommend the hair stylists too - I originally visited the salon after seeing lots of people coming out of it with beautiful haircuts. I had a haircut myself before doing the colour and was really happy with the service.
