   I am very disappointed with my experience. I explained clearly how I wanted my haircut, but it was done completely wrong. There were obvious cutting mistakes, and even after I pointed them out, they were unable to correct them. I eventually had to leave because I was so unhappy. I woke up the next day hoping I could fix it myself, but unfortunately it still looks bad. This was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had.

   I went to the salon for a haircut during my lunch break yesterday and I'm disappointed with the results. Even though the stylist said that the split ends I saw were new hair growth, I still found my hair looking messy and my fringe uneven after the haircut. My fringe isn't blended with the rest of my hair, and I had to try to neaten it up myself as it was uneven with lots of hairs longer than my fringe. I don't think the quality of the cut justifies the price I paid, and I'm considering asking for a refund or the salon to rectify it. Although the stylist was nice and the salon was clean and bright, I'm not happy with the outcome of the haircut. I haven't had a bad haircut since lockdown. I wanted somewhere nearer to work and you are 5 minutes away but to be honest, the salon that was about 20 mins from my work was much better so ill have to just allocate time to go there. I might have to go back there to be fair to have this rectified. I've woke up this morning and my hair looks like I haven't been to a salon in months it's all frizzy with kinks. I went for a walk with my bf last night and wanted to show off my nice new haircut.

   I had an appointment with Sade Lee just for my biannual trim - the girl works magic! My hair is so much healthier now and the layers are done so well. I've been getting the same cut for ages and this is one of the best.

I've been going to Basecuts for many years; initially just for a regular cut & blowdry, and more recently for highlights too, and I've always been really happy with both the results & the service. My hairdresser is super friendly and always remembers thoughtful details about my life and asks relevant questions - my appointments are always a pleasure to attend :)

   I had an appointment with Sade Lee and she gave me an excellent hair cut. My hair is really dense and I wanted to lose some of that heaviness, and she was able to do such a fine job of it. My head feels so much lighter and now it’ll be so much easier to deal with my hair through the winter

   Our go-to place to get a good haircut. My daughter and I have curly+unruly vs. straight+coarse hair. We book back-to-back appointments with Debbie, who does a fantastic job every time with our very different hair types. Basecuts has a friendly, professional, and congenial atmosphere, and the same people have been working there as long as we've known them.
