First time with them and absolutely stunning!! I always do it in Brazil, and Andre and Vivi did just an absolutely AMAZING work! Plus worth ethics and team work which made me stay way less than I usually have in the past . Can’t recommend enough

Amazing!!! Andre did my daughter’s curly hair and it came out exactly the way she wanted. Where other hairdressers failed, Andre far exceeded. He also taught her how to style her hair on her own and gave advice on which products were best for her type of mixed-race hair. Absolutely amazing!! We will be back. ☺️

I came in two days ago for a haircut with Vivi, which was fine. I asked about a Brazilian blow dry and was quoted more than my mum pays. When I mentioned her price, I was told she “only gets her roots done,” which wasn’t true, but I left it. Today, I came with my mum to clarify. After some back and forth, they admitted she had always been charged less and said it “must’ve been a mistake.” I told my mum to leave it and said I’d pay the higher price. The service started at 4pm. Vivi started the treatment. I mentioned that other salons sometimes need more product because my hair is very curly. She replied, “I’ve been doing this for many years, don’t worry, I know what I’m doing.” She then put me under a dryer and said, “By the way, we only guarantee 70% straight hair.” I said I’d had this treatment before and my hair always came out straight. She said, “Okay, so should be fine.” While under the dryer, I got a text from the salon telling me to agree to terms mid-treatment, saying they don’t guarantee 100% straight hair and I must reply “I agree” to continue. Vivi came in twice asking if I’d agreed. I told her I didn’t understand why this was being asked during the treatment and that it should be explained beforehand. Andre then said from across the room, “I told her to send that because I overheard your conversation before.” I explained to him what I had just said to Vivi - that I was confused why I was being asked to agree mid-treatment. He immediately responded, “Okay, Vivi will wash the product out and you need to leave.” I asked why and he said, “I have the right to refuse treatment.” When I asked again, he raised his voice and said, “I know your type - you’re fussy as f” and used the F-word in front of other clients but I’m trying to keep this review clean. I asked Vivi what I had done to be rude. She said, “You spoke about the other place you’ve had your hair done many times and asked me too many times.” I had only mentioned needing extra product due to my curly hair. She went quiet. Andre then said I couldn’t leave with their product in my hair. I said, “You are not touching my hair.” As I put on my coat, I called him a rude word for how he was treating me - unprovoked - and told him he needed to grow up (again keeping it clean for the review). I also told him he wouldn’t act like this unless he didn’t trust his product or the result, which is why they wanted me to agree mid-treatment. He replied, “We have many clients; we are not begging for clients. Now leave.” I know this agreement message isn’t sent to all clients as I checked my mum’s chat history and she only ever receives appointment reminders. I left in tears, had a panic attack on the way home, and washed the product out myself. I have never felt so belittled or disrespected in my life.

My hair looks absolutely amazing now, I have been coming to Andre's salon for some time now and wouldn't go anywhere else, the service I receive is excellent from all the staff, I literally come out of there beaming... the care, attentiveness and professionalism is second to none, so if you are debating to change your hairstyle I seriously recommend going for a consultation. You will not be disappointed. And the price is very good too!!

I've been going to this salon for the past 2 years now and I couldn't recommend it enough! I originally found them via google. Needless to say, after 2 years, they don't disappoint! My hair is the healthiest it's been and I come out of the salon feeling more confident entering. I've had my hair done by Larysa, I can't recommend her enough - she's the best.
