   I’ve been to Josee’s Professional Braiding Studio twice now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier... The whole team is amazing, not just super talented: but also incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they’re real artists who care about what they do. Both times I’ve come in avoiding all mirrors, and left loving my hair so much, and getting so many compliments. The first time, my hair was real short, and I am white, so good luck braiding this!! But Marie Josee performed her magic and it felt to me like a true miracle! LOL This time, her colleague styled my hair and I had a photo inspiration with me which seemed impossible to realise, but she got it done!!! OMG I can already tell this is going to be my regular spot: highly recommend if you want beautiful braids and a really warm vibe.

   Absolutely IN LOVE with my hair. The ladies are super kind and open to trying new styles and listening to my ideas. I brought a picture of what I wanted and they knew exactly how to do it/ gave me aftercare advice! Would 10000% recommend! Definitely going to be my go to salon from now on ;)

   *SCAM ALERT* I bought water wave twist hair and told them that I wanted twist and they said yes to the appointment. Once I get there they claim I have “the wrong hair” then make me buy terrible hair from a nearby shop. Even with doing all of that the completely ruined my hair. Very unprofessional with clients as well.

   I had an excellent experience at this salon on my very first visit. Josee greeted me with a warm, welcome and even offered tea—a sweet touch that made me feel right at home. Maria, who braided my twist extensions, was equally delightful. She worked quickly and skillfully, through my hair, my twists look neat and fit perfectly in my head. I appreciated that she took the time to ask about my preferences for thickness and length, every detail was just right. The salon has a fantastic vibe, clearly popular with clients, and it’s evident that all the hairdressers know hair and exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend this clean, professional, and friendly local salon. I’ll definitely be back!

   i called for a super last minute appointment and they kindly fitted me in, were really funny and friendly. the whole shop had a warm family energy to it, and they did my hair really well and really fast, would deffo recommend :)

   I took my daughter here to get her braids done. All I can say is I will definitely be returning. They really took care of my little girl, they were friendly towards me and her. Josee kept making her laugh and asking if she’s okay, so nice!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to braid your hair.

Naomi took her time to understand what make up and hair I wanted for my big day and the end result was amazing.
