   After having a keratin treatment at a different salon that did not yield lasting results I was eager to try the Brazilian blow out at Head Office, I was looking for something that would tame my frizz but still allow my natural waves and I was assured by the wonderful stylists that they could make it happen. Kaley and Jennifer were super attentive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. I am super happy with the result and even though I live quite far I will definitely be making the trip next time I need a touch up or anything else 10/10 !

   Had a lovely experience here. I complete changed my hair style, The lady knew exactly what I should do with my hair explained everything, colour wise and cut! Worth the money and I would definitely go bk. Already booked my next appointment.

   Had a much needed cut & blowdry + treatment by Natalia… BEST hair ever!! Such an inviting salon with lovely stylists, all the girls made me feel super welcomed while giving me 10/10 hair in the process, my hair feels so silky the cut is perfect and the styling made it even better:) 100% recommend if your looking for a local salon

   I would give less than 1 star if I could!! Awful customer service need to take a course on this. Appointment was at 4.30 was told I'd be seen in a 'minute'....lots of laughter and joking in the background, two clients getting their hair done. When it came to 4.50 and no sign of anyone, I asked the 'reception' when I would be seen stating that my app time was 4.30 was met with 'and' I then stated the time as 4.50 she then turned around looking at the staff loitering in the back and the one on reception that had time to consult with some walk-ins and said with a laugh oh sorry we're really busy....that was my cue to leave and book an appointment with a proper hairdresser. Wasted too much time on this.

   This has to be the worst hair experience ever. I booked in for my Balayage to be refreshed and my hair to be cut. I showed the hairdresser my hair last time I had it done ( at another salon) and asked for the same again. Well what I got was a five hour sit In the chair, bleach, colour two toners and my hair ruined to beyond believe. My hair was left orange, dry, and broken by what she had done, let alone the big bits at the back she had missed. I obviously became very upset and she just walked off no apology or anything. The other hair dresser that was in, stated she was just a junior (which I was never informed about, either at booking or at any point through the five hours I was sat there) Later that evening I received a text message (No phone call, just messages via text and what’s app) from the manager, who stated she had heard I was un happy with my hair. That was a understatement I was devastated at the state of my hair and the way I had been treated. She said she could fix my hair but would charge me £150 to fix something someone at her salon had ruined. After some messaging regarding legal action, she did say she would do this for free ( not sure why I would ever pay for them to fix something they did, I didn’t go in there with my hair in the state I left in) Safe to say I didn’t go back, I had to completely change my hair colour due to the damage and have to pay each month for six months for a repairing mask at another salon. Looking back at the photos I can not believe someone didn’t tell me the hairdresser wasn’t able to do what I was asking for or even let someone that wasn’t competent in what they do touch my hair. I would never recommend this salon, don’t only because the damage to my hair but also the rudeness or the hairdresser and the way I was treated after.

   *womens* This place used to be good but since under new management, it’s been awful! I went to get a basic straight blow dry and they couldn’t even manage that properly. The staff that work there are very young and seem like they do not know what they are doing just yet. Will not go again.

   Use to be a regular but they've lost touch of how to cut a man's hair. Always rushed and no sense of laying. Was forced to go recently and ask for trim with 2 going into 3 on the sides. Idiot used 2 all the way up then did a butchers job on top. So unprofessional and more intent on pleasing the "roadmen" that use the place.

   Amazing service, staff were lovely and make you feel really comfortable. Really pleased with my hair colour and cut. I have 3c type hair so was really happy with how knowledgeable the ladies were. Highly recommended.
