worst haircut I've ever received, provided several pictures and a clear explanation of what I wanted and got the furthest possible thing. Do not go here if you have a specific idea for what you want, you WILL leave sorely disappointed. A paper shredder could've cut my hair better.
Went for colour and cut for first time and I am very impressed. Louisa did amazing colour and I am very happy with my hair. Definitely would recommend.
They dedicate 1h to me every time I come. They are not in the rush and do things well. They also massage your scalp when washing your hair. It's amazing!

My hair was long, unhealthy and faded. Went to Roots and came out with healthy, shiny hair matched to my roots. Great service and friendly hairdressers. I would recommend coming here to everyone!
A nice haircut at a good price, however I asked if they could just trim what hair they deemed unhealthy and they took off about 6 inches, which I don’t mind but I know I did not have 6 inches of unhealthy hair. Also the lady comb my hair and pulled out an earring, and when I informed her of this she said it was not her and I had lost it somewhere else. I told her I had felt it come out, and she denied she had done it and refused to look for it. Luckily another woman working there did find it on the floor, but I was unhappy that she assumed I was lying to her and did not apologise.
